As you make your way to the Hike-To campsites, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the forest, with tall trees and a winding trail leading you toward your destination just a 1/4 hike uphill. Arriving at our campsite, you'll immediately be struck by the serene atmosphere, surrounded by over 300 acres of unspoiled land on an east-facing mountainside. While there may not be expansive landscape views from the campsite, the natural beauty of the forest is all around you offering a sense of peace and tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere.A short walk from your tent site will take you to the brook where you can take in the sights and sounds of the water flowing over the rocks. A peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind and soak up the beauty of nature.And if you're visiting during the fall months, you'll be treated to a stunning display of fall foliage as the leaves on the trees turn shades of red, orange, and gold, creating a truly breathtaking scene that's not to be missed!

The charming town of Rochester is just a short walk from The Landing making it the perfect place to explore during your stay. Stop by the Rochester Cafe for a delicious meal or grab a coffee to go before heading out for a day of adventure. On Saturdays, check out the local farmers market where you'll find a variety of fresh produce, baked goods, and artisanal products from the surrounding area. Whether you're looking to relax and take in the local charm or stock up on supplies for your outdoor adventures, Rochester has something for everyone.If you're looking for even more adventure, venture beyond Rochester to explore the surrounding area. Take a scenic drive along the famous Rte 100 where you'll find waterfalls, day trip activities, trails for mountain biking and hiking, and much more along the way. For those who appreciate the sweetness of life, there's nothing like experiencing Vermont's famous maple syrup making. Take a tour of the nearby sugarhouses and see the process of making maple syrup from tree to table. Of course, hiking is a must-do in Vermont, and you'll find plenty of popular trails in the Green Mountains. Whether you're an experienced hiker or just starting out, you'll find a trail that suits your skill level and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. So come and experience the natural beauty of Vermont's green mountains.*Friendly notes: -There are two campsites on the property, one near the bottom and one higher up on the hill. Please respect the privacy of other campers. -Only AT&T cell coverage is available at the campsites. Wifi is available at the cafe or bookstore in town. -Does not include precut firewood, but plenty of dried wood around for scavenging, or you can add fire wood in the "Extras".Campsite includes:-5 gal solar shower-5 gal cooler of water-sheets, pillows, throw blanket, 2 towels-compostable plates -compostable sporks-paper towels -toilet paper-cups-grill tongs-propane heater-garden wagon at parking area to help carry your gear.

Full refund, less booking fees, up to 3 days before check-in. 50% refund, less booking fees, when canceling within 3 days of check-in. 0% refund when canceling after 3pm on the check-in date.

***This is a Hike-To Campsite only. No motorized vehicles permitted on the property beyond parking area. This is to help minimize traffic on the property and preserve natural environment and service road**
Parking: Parking is located at the entrance of the property, and is limited to 1 vehicle. Turn onto the private dirt road on the left at the end of the road. You'll see an open space to park your vehicle on the left with a sign that says "Tentrr Parking". If you'd rather not drive your vehicle up the dirt road, there is designated parking space at the base of the entrance, in the neighbors parking lot. Additional public parking can be found in town less than 1 mile from entrance.
Park in designated Tentrr parking space only. Trail to camp site located across the parking spot. Follow the signs. This is a Posted Private Property. You'll see the signs at entrance of property.
Please stay on trails.
Do not cut trees or damage natural landscape.
Please leave the site as you found it.
Clean up after yourself and your pets.
No target shooting
No hunting
No fireworks
Please do not cook anything directly on wood stove.
Please do not Drive past posted "No vehicles beyond this point" sign. Hike to camping only.
