The Land of Waterfalls RV Campground is nestled in the beautiful Western North Carolina mountains. The Land of Waterfalls region is home to over 200 waterfalls that make this a top destination for adventure seekers looking to explore the numerous waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fly fishing destinations, and other attractions.
The park features 12 full hookup RV campsites with beautiful mountain views. Enjoy amenities, including bike rentals, a general store, and internet access. The surrounding area provides so much to see and explore– visit Dupont State Park and Pisgah National Forest, both a short drive from the park.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Full Refunds are available if notified and approved at least 30 days before your reservation, less a $25 cancellation fee.
50% Refunds are available if notified and approved 7 days before your reservation.
No Refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of your reservation.
No Refunds will be given due to early departure, acts of nature, weather conditions, or evictions.
Monthly stay cancelations must be made at least 60 days before the reservation to receive a refund, less a $100 cancelation fee.
All refunds will be processed on the original credit/debit card used, with no exceptions. Camp Credit may be issued if the original form of payment is unavailable.
Rules & regulations
The Land of Waterfalls RV Park does not have a bathhouse or any type of facilities on site. By renting a space you are required to utilize your camper’s bathroom and wash facility. Tent campers are encouraged to book at the Davidson River Campground nearby.
Prices are based on 2 adults per RV site in one tow vehicle. If you have more than 2 people per RV site and need an additional parking spot for additional vehicles / people, the rate is $15.00 per extra vehicle per day.
We do not have a shower house or laundry for the use of our customers. The Land of Waterfalls RV Park offers no amenities other than the provided services at each site that are limited to electric, water and sewer pump out.
Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Check-in time is at 3pm and checkout is 12pm. Early check-in/late checkout may be available with management approval. Late departures without approval may be subject to a $50 late checkout fee.
You are responsible for the action of yourself and your guest.
It is your responsibility to have the proper sewer connections and clean up any spillage caused by your unit.
Please observe a 5 mph speed limit throughout the park.
The water provided by Land of Waterfalls RV Park is well water.
Keep your area clean & neat. Be a good neighbor.
Pets are permitted, but must be kept indoors and on a leash while walking in the area. Please clean up after your pet. Do not tie up pets outside of RV. Please keep in mind that U.S. 64 is a very busy highway that is not friendly to pets off leash.
Our sites are designed for one RV and one vehicle, but there is adequate room for an additional vehicle at each site. Please do not park vehicles at other campsites.
We do not allow RV models older than 2006 in the park.
Please do not walk through other guests’ sites uninvited. Please refrain from using empty sites as they have been groomed for the next guest.
Vehicle repair and changing oil is not allowed on site.
When departing from park, try not to block the ingress and egress of other vehicles.
All reservations must go through the www.landofwaterfallsrv.com website. Visitors found to be occupying a site without a prior reservation will be prosecuted for trespassing.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
