We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

3 days before check-in: 100% refund.

The day before check-in: 50% refund.

Day of check-in: Non-refundable.

Rules & regulations

The Joshua on 61 is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable living experience for all guests.

RVs should be well maintained with original equipment. Guests are required to keep their area clean at all times. All vehicles must be licensed, inspected, and insured. Older RVs may require approval of management before placement in the park.

The use of drugs, firearms or fireworks; and rowdiness, drunkenness, disorderly are strictly prohibited. These activities will result in immediate removal from our property. No refunds will be offered if you are asked to leave.

Check In Procedure:

Our standard process is self check-in. Please confirm your site on your reservation and proceed directly to that site when you arrive. Your site is to the left of the numbered site marker. If you have any questions or issues during check-in, please call us.

Check-In: 12pm (noon) - 6pm

Check-Out: 11am

All RVs must be in good condition.

Pet Policy:

Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. No aggressive breeds.
