House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Reservations cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of arrival will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will result in total forfeiture of deposit.
Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather.

DAMAGES + FEES
If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
LATE CHECK OUT
A late check-out may be available by request at an additional fee. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance.
EARLY DEPARTURES
We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures.
RESERVATIONS:
RV Regulations: RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one RV is allowed per site.
Occupancy: All RV rates include four (4) persons. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person per night.
Pets: Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.
Sites: 1 RV per site and up to 2 vehicles included in the rate.
CHECK IN: 1 pm
CHECK OUT: 11 am
Cabin Regulations:
Occupancy: All rates include four (4) adults. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person per night.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly cottages and will include a non-refundable $50 pet fee. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. Guest will be responsible for any costs for damages or additional cleaning.
