Enjoy the classical aesthetic of the great outdoors at The Hideaway Retreat, nestled on the scenic Santa Rosa Sound in Navarre, Florida. This old Florida-style campsite features white gravel roads, mature oak, and magnolia trees, and naturally landscaped RV sites that create a comfortable and inviting space. The Hideaway Retreat offers 50 RV sites and 10 tent sites complete with shade and plenty of privacy.
The Hideaway Retreat is a place for adventure and natural, wholesome entertainment. Relax on their oversized deck, cast a line on their fishing pier, or walk down to their private beach, also called "Pooch Beach," where furry family members are welcome! House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Guest must cancel 14 days or sooner from their date of arrival to receive a full refund minus a $25 Booking Fee. Guest may reschedule their reservation dates if done so prior to 14 days of arrival date and receive a full credit toward their next stay with no booking fee applied. No refunds will be given for cancellations or changes made to a reservation within 14 days of arrival date or on the date of arrival.
No Refunds for early departure for any reason.
No Refunds due to weather or acts of nature of any kind.
Rules & regulations
EXTRA VEHICLES:
Please understand that we are limited on space for extra vehicles. One vehicle per site is allowed at no charge. Guest may bring a second vehicle with an additional charge. Please call the office to inquire about rate. Maximum of two vehicles per guest. All vehicles must be registered and PARKING PASS displayed on dash of vehicles at all times. All unregistered vehicles without a Parking Pass will be towed at owner's expense.
EXTRA PERSONS:
Each site is allowed 4 person occupancy at no charge. A fee to apply for additional people up to 6 people per site. Tent guests are allowed 4 people per site. All visitors of The Hideaway guests' are welcome and must be registered, along with their vehicle, in the office and get a PARKING PASS before arriving at guest's site. A daily park fee to apply per visitor of The Hideaway guest. Please call the office to inquire about rate.
PETS:
3 Pets allowed per site, additional pets to be approved by management. $5 pet fee to apply for each pet.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Terms and Conditions with Camp Rules will be emailed to guest upon booking. If you would like a copy in advance, please request by calling the office.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: It is the guest's responsibility to confirm their reservation dates and receipt of their Reservation Confirmation emailed to them. Please inform our office if you have not received your Reservation Confirmation after booking.
PARKING:
As a courtesy, we may assist guest as an "additional spotter" while parking into their site, however, this is only a courtesy. Guest is fully responsible for safely and comfortably parking into their site, therefore we suggest your partner assisting you if one is available. Guest is fully responsible for their RV and any and all damage to their RV and indemnifies and holds The Hideaway Retreat harmless of any loss, damage, injury, costs, or expense that guest may incur.
