Policies
Park Policy

Cancellations 5 days or greater than arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 2-4 days prior to arrival receive a 25% refund. Cancellations 1 day before or day of arrival will not receive a refund.

Rules & Regulations

Check In/Out Times: Scheduled check in time starts at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 p. m. on arrival day. Check out time is 11:00 a. m. on departure date. Late check out request are considered by management depending on incoming reservations and must be made by 8:00 a. m. Late check out without approval will result in a ½ day charge. Early check in availability depends on outgoing campers and are subject to a $25 fee.

Disorderly Conduct: Any disturbance within the park that requires the Sheriff’s Department be called will result in immediate removal of all parties involved! No exceptions! Those causing a disturbance of this nature will be permanently banned from the premises. Excessive noise, public intoxication, illegal drug use, nudity, foul or offensive language, explosives and fireworks are not permitted in the park.

Pets: Dogs, cats and other small house pets are permitted in the park but must be on a leash and attended at all times. Pet owners are responsible for and expected to pick up any and all of their pet’s droppings.

Tents and Pop-up campers not allowed in the park.

Only one camping unit is allowed on a designated camp site.

No more than 8 campers may occupy a designated camp site.

Campers must be 21 to rent an RV site. The primary renter of the site must be present at all times when anyone under 21 is at their site.

Speed Limit: Speed limit is 5 (five) MPH for ALL vehicles and is strictly enforced.

Disrespect of other campers is not allowed: Please do not cross through another camper’s site without their permission. Use the gravel access roads at all times.

Children: Parents are solely responsible for the behavior of their children and must ensure that music and noise are kept at acceptable level and comply with the park’s quiet hours.

Quiet Hours: Quiet time is from 10:00 p. m. to 8:00 a. m.

Dumping Gray Water is not permitted.

Use of water for non-potable services such as washing vehicles is not permitted.

Campers are responsible for keeping their camp sites clean. Please do not throw trash or cigar/cigarette butts on the grounds.

Please place all trash in sealable plastic bags and place those bags into the provided dumpster.

Any fires in the park must be in controlled areas or containers. No garbage or food is to be burned in open fires in the park.
