REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

• Check-In time is 1:00 P.M.

• Rental fees must be paid in advance upon arrival for all nights.

CHECK OUT TIME/LENGTH OF STAY

• Check out time is 11:00 A.M. Guests must pay for additional nights prior to 11:00 A.M or will be charged a $10.00 late fee. In order to extend your stay; please call the number at the top of this page during business hours Monday-Sunday, 8:00am-5:00pm. If you would like late checkout, you must arrange with camp host office in advance.

• RVs may stay up to a maximum of 21 consecutive days in the campground.

• Due to limited occupancy, extensions should be made as soon as possible. The Park staff will do their best to extend, but does not guarantee that space will be available.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Use of fairground address for personal/business purposes prohibited. No personal mail may be received.

• Speed limit is 5 mph.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-6:00am.

• Permits are required for all RVs and vehicles, and must be displayed at all times.

• No Tents allowed. Exception annual fair vendors.

1. Each vehicle must have a way to move: truck with trailers, etc.

2. Only modern independent RVs are allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse occupancy to any trailer when age, size or appearance of their vehicle is not compatible with the RV Park.

3. Each space is allowed one vehicle to be parked next to their unit. If possible the park may be able to accommodate additional vehicles at an additional cost. RVs taking more than one marked site will be charged for additional site used.

4. Spaces are limited to a mobile trailer and vehicle. No outside equipment may be in your space. This includes refrigerators, storage units, utility sheds and furniture with the exception of furniture specifically intended for outdoor use.

5. Any and all landscaping must be approved by camp ground management.

6. No dumping of any kind is permitted. Spaces left dirty will be charged $50.

7. No smoking inside park premises, please go outside of gated park area. All cigarette butts must be thrown away.

8. Campgrounds guests owning cat/dog must ensure, prior to moving in, their animals are spayed/neutered, have the appropriate vaccinations and also be able to provide an official shot record showing proof of vaccinations upon request by the Fairgrounds personnel and/or Camp Host. Dogs under immediate control that show aggressive behavior towards other dogs or people will not be allowed. They must be on leash no longer than 8 feet, kept with owner at all times and may not be left unattended at campsites. No outside cages will be allowed. Limit two dogs per site without prior approval. Pets are prohibited from restrooms and Fairgrounds property. Please be courteous to other campers – clean up after your pets. Failure to do so could result in eviction. Some dog breeds that we consider not allowed in the campgrounds are:

• Pit Bulls

• Chinese Chow

• Rottweiler

• Doberman

9. RV occupants and their guests must obey all posted rules and regulations, as well as directions given by Alameda County Fairgrounds Security Department. Failure to comply with the Fairground regulations could result in eviction.

10. Any guest, their children, their pets or their visitors who become a nuisance will be asked to leave.

11. Selling, advertising or distribution of any products including alcohol is prohibited.

12. Non-contained fires for cooking or heating are not permitted.

13. Contained fire pits are not permitted.

14. No fencing or barriers of any kind are permitted.

15. No storage of any type is allowed around, under or on top of your RV. No stacking of boxes, ice chests and or plants.

16. Camper shells must remain on trucks at all times.

17. No vehicle repair, washing or cleaning may be done on site. Emergency RV services such as electrical or plumbing may be done on site only by vendors approved by Camp Ground Management. Washing or cleaning of vehicle will result in a charge of $100.

18. All campsites are to be kept clean and neat, failure to do so will be grounds for eviction.

19. The use of the Fairgrounds restroom is considered a privilege. Please help us keep these areas clean. Report any unusual activity to the camp host.

20. Use of the facilities and equipment will be at the guest and visitors own risk. Neither the owners nor the management can be held responsible for accident, injuries or loss of property due to fire, theft, accidents, or an act of God. You assume all of the risks associated with entering the Park.

21. Any property left behind in your space will be charged to you at the cost of removal. In addition, failure to comply may jeopardize your ability to stay at our campground in the future.

Any damage to fairground property is grounds for immediate eviction and possible legal action.

NOTICE: PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA RECREATIONAL VEHICLE OCCUPANCY LAW, THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE OF ANY RV OCCUPANT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT A JUDICIAL HEARING UPON 72 HOURS WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE OCCUPANT FOR: 1)FAILURE TO PAY FOR SUCH OCCUPANCY, OR TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THIS Park. THIS WILL OCCUR WITHOUT A REFUND AND REFUSAL OF FUTURE ADMITTANCE. CIVIL CODE SECTION 799.22, 799.43 AND 799.58 PLEASANTON P.D. (925) 931-5100

NOTICE: INDIVIDUAL SITE ELECTRICITY MAY ALSO BE TURNED OFF UPON 72 HOURS WRITTEN NOTICE FOR FAILURE TO PAY FOR SUCH OCCUPANCY. THIS ALSO WILL OCCUR WITHOUT A REFUND AND REFUSAL OF FUTURE ADMITTANCE. ALAMEDA COUNT FAIR ASSOCIATION ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR THEFT AND/OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES OR THEIR CONTENTS WHEN REMOVAL AND/OR TURNING OFF OF ELECTRICITY OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES/TRAILERS IN EXECUTED.
