House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Full refund will be given if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the original booking date. A refund less 30% of reservation fees (due to servicing fees) will be mailed to you if cancellation is made 14 days prior to check in. Exception: If reservation is booked within 2 weeks of arrival date no refunds will be issued. Otherwise, a raincheck for the full amount will be issued to you to be used up to a year from the original reservation date.
Rules & regulations
Online reservations require a minimum 2 night stay. Single night reservations can be made over the phone.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome, however, they must be kept on leashes at all times (6 foot maximum length). No cable runners or tie ups between trees. Please do not leave your pets unattended. No excessive barking (respect your neighbors). Pick up any dog waste immediately. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or bathrooms due to health codes.
PEOPLE: Each RV or tent price includes: 1 RV or tent, 1 vehicle, 2 adults and 2 children. Daily visitors are welcome, however, there will be an additional fee for extra cars, tents or people that stay overnight. Violations of this policy will result in an IMMEDIATE forfeit of your entire reservation.
