Policies
All cabin reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
No changes are permitted within seven days of reservations.
No changes are permitted once a check-out is complete.
Future reservations are subject to pricing increases.
Credits are transferable.
Credits are valid one year from the date of issue.
If you choose to decline purchasing trip insurance, your reservation will be non-changeable and non-refundable.
Rules & regulations
NO SMOKING.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING WITHIN 100 FEET OF ANY PROPANE TANK OR FUEL TANK.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING WITHIN 25 FEET OF ANY BUILDING OR COMMON AREA ON OUR PROPERTY.
Our property has multiple above ground and underground LP Gas tanks (propane or butane). LP Gas itself is colorless and odorless, safety precautions require to NEVER have a source of ignition anywhere close to an LP Gas source. Smoking anywhere near a gas source could result in a catastrophic explosion.
Fuel cans and machines are also required to be kept at a minimum distance of 25 feet from all buildings.
If any violation to this policy is found, there will be a $500.00 fine for the violation and immediate eviction from the rental cabin, with no refund or credit due.
FIRE PITS
Open fires are not permitted at any time due to Utah state fire restrictions. Fires are only permitted in our two established community fire pits. Please be advised we follow any posted fire restrictions and our community fire pits could be closed at any time. You may reserve our outdoor amphitheater during your stay if you prefer to use a private fire pit by calling us ahead of time. A fire approval permit must be obtained at our general store prior to any community fire pit use.
NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
Guests arriving with pets will not be permitted to check into their rental cabin, resulting in forfeiture of the total reservation cost. If an unauthorized animal is found, there will be a $500.00 fine for the violation and immediate eviction from the rental cabin, with no refund or credit due. Emotional support pets are not permitted. For questions regarding our certified service animal policy please contact us.
PARKING LOT SPEED LIMIT 5MPH
Please observe our gravel parking lots posted speed limits. Safety is our #1 concern.
QUIET TIME FROM 10:30PM - 8:00AM
Please be respectful and understanding of the other guests around you. You may have individuals staying below or above your unit. Quiet time should be observed from 10:30pm to 8:00am daily, please help us keep our location a peaceful and a relaxing escape for all.
POOL POLICIES
Our outdoor pool is generally open Father's Day through Labor Day (weather permitting) and our community hot tubs are open year round. Pool hours are from 8:00am to 10:30pm daily.
No glass containers or food allowed inside the pool gated area.
Pool guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. (No lifeguard on duty)
Cabin towels are not allowed for pool use. Please bring your own beach towels.
No diaper aged children in the pool without an approved swim diaper per county health regulations.
No children under the age of 5 are allowed in the community hot tubs.
No pets allowed.
The only exception:
We welcome service animals unless they pose a health or safety risk or, under greater circumstances, are prohibited by law. Animals that pose a health or safety risk may include those that cause damage to our property or that of other guests at our manager's discretion. This includes defecating, or urinating inside any of the buildings, being disruptive, are not adequately attended or demonstrating undue aggression.
Service animals must be declared at check-in; you may be asked if the animal is required because of a disability and what tasks the animal has been trained to perform. This is important as it provides our staff with crucial information about the occupants of each room.
All service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective control.
Service animals cannot be left unattended in cabins or automobiles and must always be with the owner.
Rooms must be serviced daily to maintain health and cleanliness standards. We reserve the right to access rooms at any time for housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and service purposes.
