The Boulders at Lake Tyler is located on a 128 acre lot at 16822 McElroy Rd, Whitehouse, TX 75791. The Boulders offers a one of a kind experience for the entire family. Bring your poles and cast from our recently renovated fishing barge and boardwalk. The bait and tackle shop, boat launch and slips will add to your convenience. House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, there must be notification 72 hours prior to your arrival date. A $25 processing fee for RV slip rentals or $50 processing fee for cabin and glamping rentals will be charged for all cancellations.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 72 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
A 14 day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events. Summer holidays are Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Rules & regulations
Check-in:
RV Slips: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Cabins: 2:00-5:00.
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call Paul to make arrangements at 903-268-5880.
Check-out: 11:00 AM for both RV slip and cabin rentals.
No smoking allowed in the Bait Shop, Pavilion, Bath House, Cabins, docks, Fishing Barge, or decks.
Leashed pets are welcome on the campgrounds; however, no pets are allowed in the cabins, bait shop, pavilion, or bath house.
Guests/Campers are responsible for any damages, destruction, or theft/removal of any property. This includes but is not limited to cabins, glamping, rv rentals, or event center rentals.
Family and friends are welcome to join you in the park; however, all guests not staying overnight are required to leave by 10 pm when quiet time begins. The gate at the glamping tent section will be fully locked at 10 pm nightly.
You must 21 or older to rent a pontoon or 18 or older to rent a golf cart.
