House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Non-refundable if canceled more than 1 day after booking
Able to be canceled up to 5 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
Within 5 days of arrival date, reservation is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Once outside of the refund window, reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of circumstances. For example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc.

Rates & policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and holidays.
We reserve the right to change or edit a reservation to make sure all our guests have been booked in the proper accommodations. 100% of the payment is taken upon booking.
Smoking:
There is absolutely NO smoking inside cabins; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250
Excessive soiling:
Teton Valley Resort reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any cabin or space that is left excessively soiled, including but not limited to exposure to bodily fluids or hazardous materials.
Pet Policy:
A limited amount of Loft Cabins are dog-friendly. Dogs are allowed in Dry Cabins, Tipi's and Glamping. There is an additional dog fee of $25/day per dog. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, clean up after them, and keep them kenneled if left alone in the cabin. We do not accept more than 2 dogs in any one accommodation. RV sites have no pet restrictions. There is a $200 cleaning fee for violating our pet policy.
Service dogs are always welcome.
