GROUP POLICY:
Online booking is available for parties of up to 4 rooms.

Our Cancellation for Big Groups is 30 days prior to the arrival day.

ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY:
All of our affordable rates are based on double occupancy. An additional guest is a $10.00 fee. (4 people max in a room with two queen beds) Unfortunately our parking is only for one vehicle per room, but if have to bring two vehicles then it could be arranged for a nominal $10 fee.

VISITORS:
Your friends and family are welcome. If friends of our guests would like to use our parking spaces, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate them.

(Please note this is for visitors, not overnight guests.)

From 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

No more that 4 Guests at a time.

Please be respecful of other guests by limit your soak to 20 minutes.

If you feel ill or unhealthy, please do not enter the Jacuzzi.

SMOKING POLICY:
We are a smoke free property. The property, as well as all cabins, are NON-SMOKING. Teton Valley Cabins reserves the right to charge a damage fee of $200 if your cabin smells of smoke upon check out. Thank you for not smoking!

GROUP GATHERING AREAS: If you are staying with a large group in multiple rooms, please be considerate of other guests. Do not congregate in a room, on porches, or in the parking lot. Please gather at the picnic area. PLEASE RESPECT THE QUIET HOURS OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY FROM 10:00 PM UNTIL 9:00 AM.

DOG POLICY:
We invite guests to bring their dogs to stay at Teton Valley Cabins. We have a couple of designated DOG CABINS. . Please let us know ahead of time (by phone only) if you will be traveling with your pet. Our dog cabins can accommodate up to two dogs. We charge an extra $15 per night for one dog and $30 for two dogs.

Please plan ahead when travelling with your pet in order to follow our pet requests:

• We do not allow cats.

• No more than two dogs per cabin.

• Any damages incurred, or refunds made to other guests because of your pet will be directly charged to you.

If you and your pets are staying with us, please initial and abide by the statements below. If any incidents should occur, your credit card will be charged the amount to repair/replace the area or items damaged. Amount will be determined at that time.

1. My pet will not be left alone in the room, unless in a crate or kennel.

2. My pet will not be allowed on the bed or bedding. In understand that a $50.00 fee will result from failure to follow this policy.

3. My pet will be on a leash at all times when outside and I will pick up and dispose of any waste by utilizing the “mutt mitt” supplies available on the property.

4. Please take your dog to do their business as far from the rooms and please pick up after your pet (mutt-Mitt on property)

5. Pets are not allowed to wander on their own or on a leash into the spa area.

If any of the above guidelines are not adhered to, if my pet incurs any property damage or guest discomfort, I understand that I will be charged for the damages

Please note that if you “sneak” more people or a pet into the room, we will charge you an extra $100 fee.
