9:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Summer)

9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Winter)

Pool Closed on Mondays for Maintenance.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

The Laundry Room is open 24 hours with code.

Check-Out time is at noon. Please re-register by 10 AM to extend stay.

RV must not be older than 1998 and a copy of the current registration must be provided upon arrival. Registered owner must be present during stay.

WiFi: Complimentary WiFi service is provided to each guest. To use the service please refer to the instructional document provided upon check-in. RV Sites: Please keep your site clean and tidy. Do not hang clothing, towels, or any articles on clotheslines or near your site. PLEASE do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground.

Clubhouse: Please enjoy the clubhouse and ensure that it is left in a clean and orderly manner upon your departure. The pool table equipment can be obtained from the office at no charge. The clubhouse can be reserved for parties — see office for details. No smoking in the clubhouse.

Pool & Spa Rules: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - Use at your own risk. For safety reasons, residents/guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult of the parent's approval, while in or near the pool. ANYONE UNDER 14 YEARS OLD USING THE POOL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT/ADULT CONCERNED, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE. No more than two [2] visitors per household. All visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest. NO STREET CLOTHES are allowed in the pool (BATHING SUITS ONLY - No cutoffs, tee shirts, etc.]. No disposable diapers in pool. No smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted. No bobby pins or barrettes are allowed. No gum, candy, food or drinks permitted in pool area. You may bring water in plastic containers ONLY. No pets permitted in pool area. STATE LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE IN THE SPA.

Garbage & Sewer: Dispose of garbage in dumpsters that are provided. Please keep dumpster lids closed at all times. DO NOT put wipes or other unnatural products down the sewers.

Pets: Your furry friends are welcome when accompanied by considerate owners. Never leave pets unattended outside of your RV and keep them inside during quiet hours. Keep all pets on a leash. Do not walk your pets in other sites, buildings or pool area. Dog runs are available for you to use. Prevent your pet from urinating on plants, patios, buildings and walkways. Please pick up and properly dispose of all droppings. Pets must be kept under control at all times. Barking is disturbing so please be considerate of your neighbors and residents. You are responsible for any damage done by your pet.

Restricted dog breed list: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog. Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.

Restricted Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas, Scorpions.

Restricted Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws).

Parking & Vehicle Maintenance: Please do not park vehicles on grass or empty spaces. Cars must be parked within your space unless other arrangements have been made with the office. No double parking in street is allowed. No washing, oil changes, or repairing of vehicles is permitted.

Laundry Room: Change is available in the office during office hours.

Restrooms & Showers: Key code is required for access and is available from the office or listed on the other side of this document. No additional charges will apply. Please accompany children under the age of 16 to the restroom and/or showers.

Prohibited in Park: DRUG and/or ALCOHOL ABUSE, FIREARMS, KNIVES, or SLINGSHOTS. NO ILLEGAL ACTS WILL BE PERMITTED NOR TOLERATED.
