Policies
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days in advance. $10 cancelation fee will be charged.
Reservations cannot be resold and must be canceled and released prior to rebooking. Names of guests arriving must match the name on the reservation, no exceptions. Please contact us to change reservation information.
Rules & regulations
We reserve the right to make changes to site assigned to accommodate groups and larger RVs in the park
Maximum People Allowed per Site: The maximum number of people allowed per site is 4 adults or 6 total people (a combination of adults and children, not to exceed more than 4 adults). A charge for each person in addition to 6 total or 4 adults will be assessed at $10 per person per day. Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
No Loud Music: Noise Ordinance is followed (quiet time between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am).
Site Lock: While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location to accommodate different sizes of groups and RV's in the park.
You can guarantee your chosen site location by paying an additional lock fee.
No Open Fires: No open fires allowed - propane BBQ grills are okay.
Pet Policy: You will be charged a pet rate of $10 / per pet & stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted per camp site and must be contained or on a leash at all times.
Weekend Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum (Friday and Saturday must be booked together). Reservations that are not booked for both Friday and Saturday night will be subject to cancellation.
Holiday Minimum Stay: 3 night minimum stay during holiday weekends.
Vehicles per Site: The RV and tow vehicle are allowed on the site (permitting they both fit). There is additional parking for up to one extra vehicle. DO NOT park vehicles, boats or trailers in open camp sites.
Liability Waiver:
Summerhill Farm, Kene and Jill Christensen, and any other entity involved in the operation of Summerhill Farm and RV park shall not be held liable for accident or injury as a result of failure to comply with the park rules as stated here or posted elsewhere on the property, or due to to negligence and lack of consideration on the part of the guests.
This property is personally owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money of valuables of any kind.
