Welcome to Sulphur Springs Camp
Fishing has long been the number one attraction of our camp visitors. During the spring months of February, March, and April, the annual white bass run occurs. The sand bass, or white bass as they are called, come from Lake Buchanan upstream to spawn in the waters of Sulphur Springs Camp, Inc. During these months it is not unusual for people to catch their limit in a very short time. The Colorado River offers many types of fish to be caught. Catfish such as Channel Catfish, Flathead (Yellow Cat) Catfish, and Chuckleheaded Blue Catfish, White Bass, Carp, Stripers, Crappie, Buffalo, Gar, Perch, and many other kinds are here for the angler to pursue.
For those who do not enjoy fishing, the camp offers many other activities such as: bird watching, inner tubing, swimming, volleyball, white water canoeing, or just relaxing and enjoying being in the beautiful rustic country surroundings. The abundance of wildlife animals provides an excellent place for animal lovers. Deer, turkey, squirrels, raccoons, and birds of many species are plentiful here and one may watch their activities in their natural surroundings. Many people enjoy taking pictures of the abundant wildlife, also.

RV
Riverfront, water hose hookup, includes 30 amp electric hookup, camp showers in walking distance and dump station at the top of the property. No 5th wheel campers - our incline and low electric lines are a hazard to 5th wheel style campers. 2 people, additional adults $12/kids $6 per day.

This two-bed cabin is the perfect retreat for a small group of people. Within walking distance of the beautiful Colorado River, the springs, or our spring-fed swimming pool. Private Parking, barbecue pit, full kitchen. Sweeping views of the canyon. 2 people with a maximum of 6 people.

An outdoor rock patio, picnic table, and barbecue pit will enhance your enjoyment of this two-bed cabin. From the patio, you'll enjoy the splendor of sheer rock cliffs overlooking the Colorado River. 2 people with a maximum of 6 people.

This large, five-bed lodge is the perfect retreat for a large group or reunion. A large deck and yard overlooks the stunning cliffs of the Colorado River and the spring-fed swimming pool. 5 people with a maximum of 15 people.

One night's deposit is required to hold your reservation. We must have a ten day notice of cancellation to refund your deposit.

Private Property - failure to register at our office constitutes criminal trespassing.
No Lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk
No Firearms, motorcycles, ATV's, loud music or firewood cutting
All dogs on leash
