Policies
2023 Advanced Reservation Refund Policy:
Reservations made before March 2023.
Cancellations made before March 1, 2023 will refund all but $25.
All reservation cancellations made before May 1, 2023 will refund all but $35.
All reservation cancellations made after May 1, 2023 no refund.
Rules & regulations
3-night minimum stay required for Advanced 2023 Reservations.
2023 Advanced Reservation Deposit Rate: $100 for Campsites and $150 for Cabins
Vehicle Policy
All base rates include 1 unit, 1 vehicle and 2 people.
Additional vehicles are charged $10.00/night and must be parked in a designated space in the parking area.
Additional utility trailers that will not be accommodated by your assigned site will be required to be parked in the parking area for a fee of $10/night.
Additional vehicle parking is limited and assigned on a first come first serve basis.
If the parking areas are full then the extra vehicles will not be allowed to be parked at Sugar Loafin'.
