Cancellation of daily or weekly reservations outside of 14 days prior to arrival will result in a fee of $10.00 Cancellation of daily or weekly reservations inside 14 days of arrival will result in a fee of $50.00 plus a $10.00 administration fee.

Cancellation of monthly or longer reservations outside 30 days of arrival will result in a fee of $10.00. Cancellation of monthly or longer reservations inside 30 days of arrival will result in a fee of 15 nights plus a $10.00 administration fee.

Cancellation within 72 hours of any reservation arrival day results in no refund.- No exceptions

Holiday reservations do not receive any refund at any time. All Holiday reservations must be paid in advance of booking. 

HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: EASTER WEEKEND, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, INDEPENDENCE DAY TIMEFRAME, LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND STONEBRIDGE HALLOWEEN WEEKEND.

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or eviction.

Stonebridge RV Resort reserves the right to immediately cancel a reservation in the event guests harbor and are in the company of an aggressive dog breed that could cause harm to guest and or staff members. Stonebridge will not tolerate any pets or pet owners that cause disruption to other guest. Guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.

Rules & regulations

Campsites: Campsites are designed to accommodate one RV at a time and one car at a time. All camper's vehicles must be parked on their designated campsite. Not in other (open sites). YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF WE SEE YOU PARKING ON AN OPEN SITE AND NOT ON YOUR SITE. If parking is limited or not available on a particular site, then you must coordinate with office staff and possibly have to rent out another site to accommodate the extra vehicle. In booking, please remember that we do not have an overflow parking area. Your site will accommodate one car only. Car, golf cart and motorcycle trailers must be registered in the office and must be able to fit on your site when you book. 

We do not allow outside fire wood to be brought into the park due to state regulations. 

Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in keeping with the family environment: campers and guests are required to refrain from any loud behavior or disturbances during this period. Minors must be on their site and/or under direct adult supervision by 10:00 PM. It is expected that guests are respectful of their neighbors and maintain a reasonable volume on their site at all times, and the Campground reserves the right to determine what that reasonable level may be. Guests may be asked to leave if they are disorderly after hours. 

Speed Limit/Vehicle Use: For everyone's safety, the speed limit in the Campground is 5 MPH. Please pay attention to directional signage and abide by one-way roads. Seat belts must be worn at all times while traveling in the Campground. Children have the right of way on our park. Please be cautious of blind spots and stop at all stop signs. The speed will be enforced by our staff. 

Pets: Stonebridge RV Resort reserves the right to immediately cancel a reservation in the event guests harbor and are in the company of an aggressive dog breed that could cause harm to guest and or staff members. Stonebridge will not tolerate any pets or pet owners that cause disruption to other guest. Guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds. All pets must be walked on a leash at all times. Pets can not be left unattended or tied up outside. Pets must be cleaned up after. We have several dog bag stations located through the park and we also have a dog run. 

Your guests are not permitted to bring pets into the Campground. All pets must be kept on a leash (no longer than 6') and under the control of the pet owner at all times. Please dispose of all pet droppings immediately. Pets are not allowed to be tied up at sites. Portable pet kennels, pens, or fencing will be restricted to 4' X 4' areas. No exceptions. Pets are not permitted in any public buildings, our park office or swim areas. Owners are solely responsible for the actions of their pets. The management reserves the right to refuse dangerous breeds or aggressive pets. Owners of pets that annoy other campers or guests, are deemed a nuisance, may be instructed to leave the Campground. The Campground shall be held harmless and assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for animal bites or injury. You, as a pet owner, specifically agree to carry your own insurance and shall indemnify and save harmless the Campground, and their officers, agents, employees, and stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses, against any and all damages to property or injuries to or death of a person or persons, and shall defend, indemnify and save harmless the Campground, and their officers, agents, employees, and stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses, from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions or proceedings of any kind of nature, of or by anyone whomsoever, in any way resulting from or arising out of actions of your pet.

Rentals and pets: We only allow pets in designated rental cabins. If you are unsure if a rental is pet friendly, please ask the front office. There is a $25 a night charge for pets. No exceptions. Our housekeepers work very hard to keep the cabins clean and free of pet hair. We also do all of our laundry here on site. If you leave a rental unit damaged or in disarray because of pets, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.00.

Rentals: All rentals are non smoking. Trash must be taken out of the rental upon departure. We have several dumpsters located throughout the park. All dishes must be washed and placed back in cabinets. We ask that you place wet/dirty towels and wash clothes in the tub upon departure. We do not go in and clean once you have checked in. If you need clean towels, you will need to bring dirty ones to the office and exchange them. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee for any unit left in a condition other than when you checked in. The charge will be determined by the condition of the unit. Guest will be charged for any missing or damaged items. Any renters and their guest must comply with all resort rules and regulations. We only allow pets in designated rentals. A pet fee will be charged. 

Guests: Campers may have guests (people not registered ) visit them. However, they must register at the front office, sign the Release of Liability and are also subject to any applicable guest fees. Guests are required to abide by Campground Rules and Regulations. Campers are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Guests are NOT permitted to bring pets into the campground. It is the responsibility of the camper to come into the front office to register any and all guests. Guest must park on your site, as we do not have an overflow parking area. They can not park in open sites. 

Site Requirements: Your sewer hose must be sloped downward from your RV's sewer connection to the campground sewer hookup to prevent any clogging or spillage on the ground. Camper must have the proper hook ups for sewers and be placed in the sewer drop the correct way. All sites are full hook up with sewer. No outdoor rugs or anything that will kill the grass is permitted on grass at anytime unless you are on a creekside site. You may place your outdoor rug on your concrete patio- but not on the grass. If grass is damaged- a $100 site repair fee will be added to your invoice. We do not allow tents on sites unless it is a designated tent site. Tents must be approved by the office. Additional Fees will be charged if done so. Please be generous with "yard art" on your site. Our grass cutting days are Monday-Thursday. Canopies must be removed if you leave the resort for an extended amount of time. Stonebridge RV Resort will not be held responsible for any damage. 

Golf Carts: • All golf cart owners must have Proof of Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $50,000 (this can be easily added to your homeowners or RV insurance policy.) A fee of $3.00 a day will be added to your receipt upon check in. Please notify the office that you have a golf cart upon check in or before you check in. 

1. All operators of a golf cart must have in his/her possession a valid driver’s license. It is the golf cart owner’s responsibility to ensure that anyone without a valid driver’s license does not operate your golf cart. 

2. Passengers are limited to the number of seats on the golf cart. 

3. Golf carts need to have fully functional fixed headlights and taillights in order to be driven in the dark.

4. Golf carts are to be operated in a safe and reasonable manner at all times. Please stay on Stonebridge roads at all times and abide by all posted speed limits. Driving with open containers or under the influence is prohibited. Management reserves the right to revoke golf cart privileges. 

5. All golf carts must be maintained in good working order. Management reserves the right to refuse and /or revoke the registration of golf carts deemed unsafe. 

6. No reckless driving will be allowed at anytime. 

7. A golf cart fee will be charged. Please advise with the office for amount. 

Charging of golf carts is limited to your own site only. 

Neatness Policy: Campers are responsible for keeping their site area clean and free of debris. No burning trash at site or in fire ring. Sites deemed by the management to be in violation of this policy will require immediate cleanup/removal and may be subject to fine and or eviction from the Campground. You are not allowed to poor grease on the grass or in the fire ring. A $150 site cleanup charge will be added to your invoice if your site is left in disarray or any damage is left on the site. 

Tree Policy: It is the policy of the campground to leave the Campground in its natural state whenever possible. If wooded site is chosen, it is understood that the trees are part of the landscape and beauty of the area. Under no circumstance should you remove any tree or limbs yourself or hire someone else to remove it. 

Creek Access: Swimming and access in the creek is at visitor's own risk. Campground will not be responsible for any loss, damage or any injury sustained by the visitor or guests while on the premises or in Jonathan Creek. Guest are asked to not move or throw rocks. Do not dam up or change the flow of the creek. Campground may provide assistance; however, such an act is not admission of liability. Your Signature on this form is for all guest's staying at site or rental unit with you. You are responsible for all guest's and visitors AT YOUR SITE.

Trash: Garbage is not picked up at individual campsites. Please do not dispose of hazardous materials or bulk items in trash containers located throughout the park. Do not bring trash from home or burn trash at your campsite. Do not place hot ashes from the fire ring in the dumpsters. Trash cans at the bathhouses and pool are for loose trash only, not bagged trash. Campers found to be disposing of garbage inappropriately may be subject to fines and shall be in breach of this agreement. No plastic, aluminum, or food burning in firepits. Continued violation of this rule may result in eviction.

Car Passes: Car passes are issued to registered guests. If a car pass is found in possession of someone not listed staying in the park, it will be revoked, and a fee assessed. Car Passes must be visible at all times. Washing RV's/Vehicles: Personal automobiles and RV's cannot be washed in the campground at any time unless coordinated through one of our vendors. This is limited to Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. A $10 water usage fee will be owed by the vendor when they come in. Seasonal campers are permitted to wash RV one time per season. 

Clotheslines: For the safety of all campers, clotheslines are not permitted on sites. . 

Third Party Vendors: No third-party vendors are allowed on property without prior approval from management. No exceptions!

Improper Behavior: For the protection and benefit of all campers and guests, anyone who willfully or negligently destroys or defaces property of another camper or Campground property may be instructed to leave the Campground and may also be subject to civil action and/or criminal prosecution. No offensive signs may be displayed. No political signs in the park. Firearms, B.B. guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, air guns, or fireworks are not permitted on premises. Further, any individual who violates these Rules and Regulations, or by their actions or words disturbs the peace, creates conflict, whether on their site, in the Campground, social media or online, or otherwise creates a situation not in keeping with the family environment, may be deemed to be engaging in improper behavior and may be instructed to leave the campground. You shall indemnify and save harmless the Campground and their officers, agents, employees, and stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses, against all damages to property or injuries to or death of any person or persons, and shall defend, indemnify and save harmless the Campground, and their officers, agents, employees and stockholders, and all other persons or entities associate with those businesses, from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions or proceedings of any kind of nature, of or by anyone whomsoever, in any way resulting from or arising out of your guest's improper behavior at the Campground.

Parental Responsibility and children: We love our kids here, but you must provide proper supervision of your children while in the Campground. Children must be at campsites before 10 pm. 

Pool Areas: Pool Areas: No running in the pools. You and everyone on your site is responsible for safety at the pool. Stonebridge will not be held liable for any accidents while in the pools. Please provide proper supervision of your children while in the Campground and pools. All children must be under direct supervision. Children 14 YEARS AND YOUNGER must have adult supervision while in the Pool Areas. Children will be asked to leave the pool areas if a parent is not with them. There is NO Lifeguard on Duty. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of minor children. State, county, and/or local laws take precedent if stricter than our policies. Pool rules are posted at pool areas, please follow all rules.

Children must be at their campsites before quite hours of 10 pm. Children must be respectful to campground staff. We ask that no rocks are moved in the creek. Creek is for use at your own risk. No bicycle riding on the front porch of the office or up and down the entrance of the park where the ranger station is as this is a safety precaution. 

For the safety of all of our guest- all bicyclists (any age) must wear a helmet when riding. Lights must be on bicycle after dusk. Anyone caught violating these rules may face confiscation of their bicycle and revoked riding privileges. No motorized Scooters allowed in the park. No Hoverboards or any motorized children's ride on toys are permitted in the park. No bicycle riding on the front porch of the office or up and down the entrance of the park where the ranger stations is as this is a safety precaution.

Other than registered golf carts and mobility products used for disability and medical conditions, no boats, powered mini-bikes, ATV's, scooters, mopeds, or other battery or gasoline powered vehicles (including children's ride-on toys) are allowed in the Campground. Motorcycles used for transportation are to be registered at the front office when you check in. Motorcycles may be ridden only from the Campground entrance to your site and may not be ridden around the Campground. All operators must be at least 16 years of age with a valid motorcycle driver's license. 

Alcohol Policy: In keeping with the family environment, excessive use of alcoholic beverages is NOT tolerated. Providing alcohol to minors, consumption and possession of alcohol by minors is NOT tolerated and is a violation of the Campground's Rules and Regulations. Violators may be instructed to leave the Campground. We ask that alcohol is in concealed containers while participating in our events. 

Personal Mail: Absolutely no personal mail will be permitted to be sent to the office. We do accept packages. Packages must be addressed to the person accepting the package. Stonebridge will not be held liable for lost packages or mail. If the postal carrier leaves mail or packages on the front porch of the office after hours- Stonebridge RV Resort assumes no responsibility. 

Campground Non-Commercial Photography/Video Policy: 

The campground encourages visitors to take personal video or still photographs while enjoying their Campground visit. All images and videos taken by guests and patrons are allowed free of charge, so long as the images are used for a personal, non-commercial purpose. All photographs should be taken within designated visitor viewing areas or within the boundaries as it relates to special programs, engagements, etc., and the Campground has the right to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and video or to reproduce photographs or video of campground and related property, which includes exhibits, animals and buildings or otherwise. By entering the Campground, al guests, patrons, employees, and volunteers agree that photographs and videos of animals and other property at the Campground may not be used for commercial profit, for publicity, or for any other purpose that commercially or publicly exploits the photos and videos, including posting the images on the internet. Also, by entering the Campground, you may be filmed, videotaped or photographed by the Campground. Your admission to the Campground serves as permission for use of your image for promotional purposes by the Campground. Each guest individually and on behalf of his/her minor children further waives any right to pre-approval, royalties, or other compensation arising from or related to the use of imagery. All trademarks, service marks, logos, images, and facilities of the Campground are the sole property of, duly licensed by the Campground and may not be used, reproduced, displayed or distributed without written consent of the Campground or its respective owners. 

Video Surveillance: Notice: For the safety of our guests, Stonebridge RV Resort property is under video surveillance 24 hours a day. 

Miscellaneous Items: This is a family Campground, persons under the age of 21 will not be allowed to camp without direct adult supervision. 

Disorderly conduct directed toward staff, management, or other guests will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your camping privileges, as well as removal from the Campground with no refunds. All Campground buildings are non-smoking, including open pavilions and swimming pool areas. 

COVID POLICY: By attending the functions and using the facilities of Stonebridge RV Resort and Stonebridge Campgrounds, you and any of your guests, voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure to COVID-19 and you also agree not to hold Stonebridge RV Resort, Stonebridge campgrounds and/or Zambito Enterprises, Inc. or any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers liable for any illness or injury. You acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or private place of business whenever people are present. Giving or sharing codes with other people is prohibited. All guests are required to follow state and local executive orders. Masks and social distancing are required in public areas.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF THESE PRIVELEGES.

The Campground, and their officers, agents, employees, and stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses, are not liable for any damage, theft or injury to person or property occurring within the premises or for damage by lightning, electrical surges, or any act of nature; therefore, campers should maintain their own personal property and liability insurance. 

This document is not intended to be a complete list of all Campground Rules and Regulations. Rules and Regulations are also subject to change at the Campground's discretion at any time and without prior notice. 

Stonebridge RV Resort takes no responsibility in any injury that happens here at the resort to yourself, guests on your site or to your camper. In keeping with the scenic nature of the mountains, some sites may not be fully level, have roots above ground, large boulders and low hanging tree limbs, (etc.) Pool areas, amenities of the park, activities of the park at your own risk.
