House rules for a happy stay
Policies
RV Sites:
Daily and Weekly Reservations: Reservation cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of arrival will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $25. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will result in a fee equal to one night's stay.
Beach Houses:
Outside of 30 days= $50 reservation fee + $100 cancellation fee
Within 30 days = 20% of the deposit paid + $50 reservation fee + $100 cancellation fee
All Site types:
On day of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather.
Rules & regulations
RV Regulations: RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one RV is allowed per site.
Occupancy: All RV rates include six (6) people per site.
Pets: Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.
Sites: Please note that we do not allow tents, pop-up canopies or any large umbrellas at any site day or evening.
CHECK IN: 3:00 PM CHECK OUT: 1:00 PM
BEACH HOUSES:
Pets: No pets allowed.
Please be aware: Smoking is not permitted. Provided towels must NOT leave the house.
CHECK IN: 3 pm CHECK OUT: 11 am
COVID-19 Policy
All individuals over the age of 5, including team members, vendors, and guests, are required to wear a face mask while in any building on the resort. This requirement also extends to outdoor settings where individuals are within 6 feet of one another.
In light of the global pandemic associated with COVID-19, everyone shares in the obligation to observe certain requirements and guidelines to help keep themselves and others safe within our resort. In particular, I represent that I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks and I have not been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks either. If I do test positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who has, or if my temperature exceeds 100° F and I experience other COVID-19 related symptoms, I agree that I will not seek to enter the resort until I am no longer symptomatic for three straight days. I agree to observe the safety requirements within resort spaces - - including wearing a personal mask when required, and observing required routes of circulation, occupancy limitations, social distancing and sanitization requirements.
