    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled check-in in advance. Guests that cancel less than 24 hours before their scheduled reservation will forfeit one night reservation.

    Cancellation fee for RV/tent sites is $15.

    Cancellation fee for cabins is $35.

    Non-holiday reservations​: ​Guests that cancel will be refunded the amount of reservation minus the "Cancellation fee(s)".

    Holiday reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE 1 month prior to holiday. Holiday reservations cancelled before your deadline, will be subject to regular reservation fee(s)

    Holidays Include: New years, Memorial Day, Presidents Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

    Rules & regulations

    NO pets are allowed in our cabins, ​with the exception of service dogs.

    Damage to Stagecoach Trails property: Fee to be charged for damage.

    No smoking in cabins: 1 day cabin fee + $250 housekeeping services.

    No pets in cabins $250 fee.

    Missing bedding $30 per item.

    Do NOT move furniture $30 per item.

    All guests and visitors must be registered with the store/office upon arrival.

    No off road activity will be allowed inside the Campground (golf carts, razors, dirt bikes, etc.).

    Guests are responsible for knowing the rules of the State Park in accordance with riding

    activities.

    Camp fires: Please do not burn glass, plastic, aluminum cans or any wood with nails.

    Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    Speed limit of 5 mph is enforced within the park area.

    Pets must be on a leash at all times. Owners must clean up after them. Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Pets are not allowed in buildings or pool area with the exception of service dogs. Noisy pet are cause for eviction.

    Horses must be in designated areas. It is the owners responsibility to clean the corrals, bring their own water buckets, hoses, feed buckets, etc.

    Please note: We do NOT supply the water hoses, buckets, or anything else your horse may need.

    Laundry facilities are available from 9:00am to 8:00pm. No clothes lines will be allowed. Quarters may be acquired at the store. Please do not leave laundry unattended.

    Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am. Fires must be out by midnight. No generators. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Noisy guests are cause for eviction.

    Firearms: Absolutely NO firearm or weapons of any kind are allowed on Stagecoach Trails RV park property.

    Store Hours: Closed Sunday - Monday; Tuesday - Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM.
