Squaw Rock RV Resort and Campground has new owners. Please come see our changes and enjoy one half mile of the Naches River, just 30 minutes East of Mount Rainier on Chinook Pass. We offer eleven newly appointed cabins and 50+ RV sites. Most are on the river with a private fire pit at your site. We can host as few as one person to larger groups, family reunions, bicycle groups, jeep clubs, and weddings.

Squaw Rock RV offers a host of activities such as: swimming in our 20 x 40 pool, rafting, tubing and kayaking the river. Playground for kids, volleyball, basketball, tetherball, and horseshoe pits coming soon.

RV Sites: Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 AM, two days (48 hours) prior to scheduled arrival date. There is a $25.00 processing fee per reservation for all cancellations. A one night fee equal to your confirmed site rate will be charged without proper cancellation notice.

Cabins: Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 AM fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival date. There is a $25.00 processing fee per reservation for all cancellations. You will be charged the entire amount due of your reservation without proper cancellation notice.

No Show: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled reservation date your deposit will be forfeited. If you have multiple nights reserved you will have until 10:00 AM the following morning to notify us of your intentions or your entire reservation will be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds given for early departures once you have checked in.

RESERVATION CHANGES

All reservation changes are subject to our availability. There is no charge to make reservation changes.

General Information for Reservations:

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. We do not charge your credit card at the time you make your reservations. Your credit card guarantees your reservations. Reservations must be cancelled 14 days, Pacific time, prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a one (2) night, plus tax cancellation fee. Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, a NO-SHOW charge of two room night, plus tax will be charged to your credit card and the balance of your reservations will be cancelled. Squaw Rock is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, schedule changes, No refunds for no shows, early departure, power outages, inclement weather, etc.

• Holiday weekends include: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day - 3 night minimum, must be paid in full when reservation is made. Any sites/rooms not reserved 1 week prior to holiday will be made available for less than 3 night stay.

• You must be 21+ years of age to rent a campsite. You must be 25+ years of age to rent a room. At check-in, the registered guest must present valid picture identification. Upon room check-in, the responsible guest must provide a valid credit card for any damage or incidentals.

•All campsites are based on double occupancy. Additional Adults: $5.00. Additional Children: $0.00 Extra vehicles $5/day. Limit of 6 people per campsite.

• There will be a $35.00 service charge for all returned checks.

General Rules:

• Speed Limit - is 5 MPH in ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Please keep all our guests safe!

• Quiet Time - is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Daily. Holiday weekends are 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM. All children must be with adults at campsite or room by 9:00 PM. Radios or TVs should not be heard beyond your site. No loud gatherings or parties. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

• Visitors - All visitors must register at office when the arrive and pay a visitors fee of $5 per adult, no charge for children. All Day-visitors must leave the campground by 11:00 PM. Visitors pass includes use of all facilities and activities. Anyone who enters campground without checking in at office will be required to leave premises immediately. You are responsible for the behavior and actions of visitors at your site.

• Fires - must be in the established fire pits provided, propane fire rings, stoves or grills only. Please do not move or alter our firepits. Extinguish fires before turning in for the night or leaving campground. NEVER leave a fire unattended! You will be fined for an unattended fire. Obey any restrictions on fires. Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times. There are propane fire rings and propane tanks available for rent ($10/night + cost of propane), at the store. These are allowed during “no solid fuel’ Burn Bans. There usually are burn bans in place between July 1 and Oct 1.

• Wood - is for sale at office. There is NO cutting of trees or branches permitted on campground or neighbor’s property. Do NOT carve chop cut or damage any live trees.

• Propane - to have your propane bottle filled, request this service at office. Prices posted.

• Children - A responsible adult must be responsible for children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended. Please have children and all toys, bikes and other items back to your site/room by 9 p.m. Please do not leave bikes in front of doorways or gates.

• Pets - are permitted. There is a $10 pet fee per stay for pets in the rooms, limit 2. Undeclared pets have a $50 fee in addition to the per night per pet fee. All dogs must be kept on a leash or confined at all times. Do not leave animals unattended. Please clean up after your pet. There will be a $25 fee for excessive cleaning required in a room whether caused by pets or not. You will be charged for any damage or missing items. There will be a $20 fine on anyone that leave pet waste behind. We have waste bags in the store, come get some.

• Swimming Pool - Open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Hours posted by pool. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. All children (14 years & under) MUST be accompanied by a responsible adults (a person 21 years or older). No glass or pets permitted in pool area.

• Alcohol and Smoking - WA legal drinking age is 21. No smoking in any cabin/room or other buildings.

• Firearms, Fireworks and other explosives - are PROHIBITED within campground, except for the types of guns allowed only during those hunting seasons. Licenses, permits and tags should be provided on request. This includes all types of guns, BB guns, paintball guns, etc. Fireworks are not permitted. Unincorporated Yakima County has a total ban on sale, use or discharge of fireworks. The penalty is $1000 and/or 90 days’ imprisonment. Fireworks purchased on the reservation are legal only for tribal members on tribal lands.

• Disruptive Behavior - If the police are called by the management or another camper, due to disruptive behavior, this camper or campers will be immediately required to leave the campground. Any disruptive behavior include foul language, fights, arguing or drunkenness may cause you to be asked to leave or prohibit you or your party from future stays. There will be no refunds to any person in these situations. Please do not put yourselves and management in this situation.

• Insurance/Theft - We are not responsible in the case of theft of RV or contents thereof; Nor for any damage caused by natural causes (i.e. tree falling); Nor for spoilage of refrigerator/freezer foods due to loss of electricity. All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Squaw Rock Resort, it’s owners, managers, employees or volunteers will not be responsible for injury to guests or for loss of money/valuables of any kind.

Campgrounds If you are staying at our campground, you must camp only in those places specifically provided or marked. All vehicles, RVs, and trailers must be parked on your campsite or driveway. Driving or parking off of the roads is not permitted. Only one RV, trailer & tow vehicle, or 1 tent per campsite. All extra vehicles must be parked in overflow parking.

• Trash - All garbage and litter must either be deposited in the dumpsters provided, or taken with you when you leave. There are trash containers for sale at the store, for use at your campsite. Help prevent pollution by keeping garbage, litter, and foreign substances out of the Naches River and our pool.

• Water Usage - Washing of cars $10 RVs $35. Please stay well away from the pool and river! Use only environmentally friendly soaps.
