House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival, a one-night fee will charged to the card on file.
Rules & regulations
Checkout Time: 11:00AM. If you plan on staying past your paid-though date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 9:00AM. ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE; NO REFUNDS.
Parking: Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space. Do not park in unoccupied spaces.
Speed Limit: 5MPH. This speed limit is strictly enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians and children.
Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos, and TVs. Please respect your neighbor's privacy and property.
Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located dumpsters. DO NOT LITTER. NO DUMPING.
Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days.
Mail: Incoming mail is received daily. Mailboxes are available for long-term guests.
Cable TV: Available at all sites.
DO NOT move picnic tables or benches!
Washing RVs is PROHIBITED on Southlake property.
Vending: Ice and soft drink machines are available at the Rec Building. Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room.
Your Space: Please keep your space clean. No clutter or debris permitted.
Laundry: Open 24/7
No construction of decks or stairs allowed.
Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings. You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet. Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV.
Warning! The lake is deep enough that a person can drown. No lifeguard or supervision is provided.
No boats or floating devices are allowed in the lake.
No swimming or wading is allowed on the lake.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed within 20 feet of the lake bank without parental, guardian or custodian supervision.
Only catch and release fishing is permitted.
