ALL buildings in the park are SMOKE FREE.

RV Site General Information:

RV sites must always be kept clean, free of clutter and orderly with no changes to the RV site without the prior

consent of the park management.

Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue stay to anyone at any time for any reason

Satellite dish/poles cannot be cemented into the ground.

RV’s should have no visible damage or be in disrepair. No window air conditioners, torn awnings or boards on

windows or doors.

Sewer hose connections and water hoses must be sealed tight and have no leaks. All hoses, electric and cable

cords must be kept up off the ground.

Guests may wash their RV and personal vehicle at their RV site. Do not leave the water on when it is not in

use.

Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited. Do not deface trees by using screws, bolts, nails, or chains. No

hammocks or swings. Rope lights may be wrapped on trees. No climbing trees.

Please DO NOT place rugs on grass. Clothes lines are prohibited.

Do not place jacks off concrete without prior permission.

Personal items at the guest site cannot impede our lawn maintenance efforts.

No oil changes or vehicle repairs in the park - NO exceptions

Parking:

Park at your site only. No parking on grass (includes golf carts), roads, or in unoccupied RV sites without prior

resort permission. Parking on a site not assigned to you may result in a daily rental charge.

Any unauthorized parked vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

Guests and Children:

Only adults and teenagers (16+) are allowed to drive carts, buggies, or vehicles while on our property. ATVs

may be allowed with prior management approval.

Motorized scooters are prohibited for children under the age of 13.

No bicycles, skateboards, or roller blades allowed inside pool or clubhouse, or on said ramps and decks.

No use of bicycles, skateboards, or scooters after dark.

You, the registered guest, are responsible for the actions of your children and your invited guests.

No children under 18 years of age in the pool area without a parent present.

Fireworks are prohibited on the property. Sparklers allowed with prior management approval.

Children are not allowed at/near the pool, fitness center, or in the clubhouse without adult supervision.

Parents must always be present with their children.

Visitors:

Your visitors are welcome for reasonable visits.

All unregistered visitors must leave the resort by 10:00 pm.

The pool, bathrooms and other buildings are for the use of PAID guests only!

Quiet Time:

Daily: 9:30 pm to 8 am

Guests are expected to be respectful of others in the park no matter the time of day.

Pool:

No Lifeguard is on duty; children under 18 years of age in the pool area must have a parent present.

No glass containers at the pool. (Plastic containers are permitted).

No smoking or vaping.

No food at the pool.

No pets at or in the pool.

Pets – Limit 2 pets per site

Being a responsible pet owner is mandatory to stay in the park

Guests are solely responsible for their pets and the pet’s behavior. Aggressive pets, large or small will not be

tolerated. Incessant barking is considered a nuisance and must not be allowed.

Owners must pick-up all pet waste and dispose of in their personal trash; or at provided doggy stations or in

the resort dumpsters. Never dispose of pet waste in the clubhouse trash cans.

No tying or crating dog(s) outside of your RV unattended for any reason.

Pets cannot be allowed to run freely, except within the fenced dog park area.

As a courtesy to each other, please walk your dog(s) along the road paths and avoid cutting thru yards of

occupied site

Only a registered service animal may be inside any of the park facilities (notify park upon registration)

Laundry:

The laundry facility is accessible through the north end of the community center.

Absolutely no washing of pet bedding or blankets of any kind.

No leaving of unattended items in the bathhouse or laundry room. Items left behind will be disposed of

promptly.

Wash is $1.75 per load, to dry is $1.75 for 30 minutes. Quarters are available in the office during business

hours.

Restrooms/Showers:

Restrooms and showers accessible through the door at the north end of the community center and are open

24/7.

Waste Disposal:

Curbside trash pick- up Monday-Saturday after 9:00am

HOUSEHOLD TRASH ONLY - DO NOT put trash out the night before, or on Sundays, or holidays.

Make sure your trash is in a heavy-duty bag and tied securely and any boxes are broken down.

Text Messaging.  Guest agrees to receive Resort communications via text messaging to the mobile number provided at the time of Reservation. Guest may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

Security:

The park does not provide security, security monitoring or security guards on park premise. The guest is solely

responsible for the safety and security of all personal property and guests to their site. Personal items of value

should be kept secure/locked when not in use or when guest is away from the RV site.
