House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Lodging/RV/Tent Cancellations: A minimum of $25 will be charged for all lodging and RV cancellations. - Cancellations/no shows made within 7 days of stay will forfeit entire payment, no exceptions (please see trip insurance note).
Change Policy: No charges are applied for changes to reservations outside of the site specific cancellation policy.
Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend for people to buy trip insurance for their vacation. Our season is very short and most people make reservations well in advance to visit us. We are in a remote area with very little "walk in" traffic. Because of this, once reservations are inside our cancellation policy, they are non-refundable regardless of circumstance (for example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc.).
Rules & regulations
Check in Times: RV and Tent Sites anytime after 12:00 pm All Cabins may check in after 3:00 pm we do have after hours check in, please call to let us know Check Out Time: 11:00 am for all sites late check outs given to rafters only, please talk to front desk.
We love pets and have a brand new dog area where they can roam off-leash! But out of respect to all guest, we do have some rules:
Pets must be leashed at ALL times (other than in dog area).
Please pick up after your pets
Never leave dogs unattended.
For cabins we only allow dogs in our camping cabins, Poodle Bear, and Husky Bear Cabins with a cleaning fee. They are not allowed in the majority of our deluxe cabins.
Aggressive breeds are prohibited at Snake River Cabins, including German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chow Chow, Bull Terriers, and Bullmastiffs.
