Policies
Smoky Hollow does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Our refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:
There is a 15% cancellation fee should one cancel their reservation outside of the 30-day window before their check-in date. 30 days or less before check-in there is no refund but you may reschedule, without any penalty, to any other date within 6 months following your original check-in date (based on availability).
Rules & regulations
Vehicle parking is available only in the lot by the main road entrance. No vehicles are permitted beyond the resort office.
No pets or ESA's are permitted on property.
Golf carts are available to rent for your convenience. Golf carts are permitted on the resort roads only and you must have a valid driver's license to drive one. Please do not take them on public roads or on resort trails.
All children must be supervised by an adult.
Please do not leave trash or food outdoors. We have a lot of curious wildlife in the area that could be attracted to your food. Help us keep the resort safe and clean by securing all trash and food indoors.
We offer trash pick-up at 10am. Please put your trash outside of your wagon/tipi in the morning before 10am and we will be by to pick it up.
Restrooms and showers are located in the Barn.
Lost and found is located in resort office.
If there is a true emergency, please call 911 immediately.
