Sky Ute Casino Resort offers a 24 space RV park (3 of which are ADA accessible) for your next family RV trip! Included with the spaces are water, sewer and hookups for 20, 30 and 50 amps. Amenities include access to the pool, fitness center, showers, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi.

Policies
A reservation must be canceled by 6PM local hotel time on the day of arrival. If a reservation is canceled after 6PM on the arrival day the 1st night's stay, at the quoted rate plus tax, will be charged.
We only allow manufactured RV’s & Campers that are no more than 15 years old to rent a space in the park. Pop-up tent style campers are NOT allowed. Resort Management reserves the right to approve or reject any guest based on the age and/or appearance of their vehicle or RV.
REGISTRATION & CHECK IN
• Check in time with host is 1PM to 6PM
• Check out time is 11AM
• LATE ARRIVALS: From 6:01PM to 9PM no RV Host available. Call 800.876.7017 or go to the
hotel front desk to register.
• QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM. No arrivals or check-ins will be accepted. Complimentary
parking is available in the south parking lot during these times.
• If you wish to stay another night, please check with the hotel front desk by 11AM for availability
and to update your parking pass and keys.
• Please place your parking pass in the window so it is visible.
VISITORS
Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with these rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to
inform them of such. Any visitor who does not follow these rules and regulations will be asked to
vacate the premises.
AT YOUR CAMPSITE
Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash should be bagged and brought to
the dumpster. There is no trash pickup at your site. All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have
a "do-nut" or threaded attachment into the sewer. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site.
We do not allow clotheslines and please do not wash autos or RV's with a hose. Due to noise,
generators are only to be used during emergencies. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle
maintenance are not allowed but other minor fixes may be. If there are any problems or damages at
your site please inform us immediately.
BE CONSIDERATE
No loud music. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Outside RV lights are not to be left on after 10PM.
Attend children at all times and do not let them wander around other peoples’ sites without their
permission.
PETS
Aggressive dogs and breeds are not allowed in the park, specifically Pit Bulls and Rottweiler’s. Pets
must be on a hand held leash any time they are outside. Everyone is expected to clean up after their
pet and dispose of it properly (bagged and in the dumpster). Do not chain your unattended pet outside,
especially if it tends to bark excessively or be disruptive to your neighbors.
DRIVING AND PARKING
Observe a safe speed and watch for children, pets and wildlife. Do not use pull-thru spaces for short
cuts. Please park only in your assigned space and place boards under the rigs’ leveling stands so that
the asphalt does not get damaged. Do not park in open spaces without prior office approval. Visitors
can park in the parking lot located east of the RV Park.
BATHROOMS, SHOWERS & GUEST LAUNDRY
Bathroom with shower facilities and guest laundry are in the pool area located around the back side of
the building and is accessible with your room key. All RV guests are welcome to use these facilities as
long as you clean up after yourself and respect the rules. Children under the age of 17 are not allowed
to use these facilities without adult supervision. Any damages will be the responsibility of the parent or
supervising adult. Smoking is not allowed in the bathrooms, pool or exercise area.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Absolutely no use of firearms, explosives, drugs, or fireworks, skateboards, motorized skateboards,
bicycles, tri-cycles, tents or fire pots are allowed in the park. No flying of drones allowed in the park or
on the property.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES
We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any person who fails to comply with these
rules and regulations and may request that their space be vacated immediately. There will be no
refunds
