House rules for a happy stay
Policies
RV Sites - If you cancel within 7 days or more, we will issue you a refund minus a $5 cancellation fee. Reservations that are canceled with less than 7 days before the reservation there will be no refund.
Cabins - If you cancel within 14 days or more, we will issue you a refund minus a $5 cancellation fee. Reservations that are canceled with less than 14 days before the reservation there will be no refund.

Pet Policy:
All dogs and cats must be on a leash at all times unless in your RV or in the designated dog park.
Your pet cannot be outside unattended at any time.
Dogs that bite, bark excessively, or appear to be a danger to others will be asked to leave without a refund.
We do not have a breed restriction, however the rule above applies to ANY breed!
Pet waste must be picked up immediately, even inside the dog park. There are bags provided in the dog park or you can purchase a roll from the office.
Pets are not allowed to be in the tent/grass area at any time.
NO CATS allowed in the cabins.
Rules:
No more than ONE vehicle is allowed in addition to your RV unless otherwise approved by management.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM until 8:00 AM, Please be respectful of your neighbors.
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. Properly dispose of all cigarette butts - please do not litter.
No glass bottles outside of your site, if you break any glass, please properly dispose of it and clean any broken pieces up.
Intoxicated behavior will not be allowed, please drink responsibly.
NO open flame cookers or fire pits allowed. Propane grills and fire pits are allowed.
Sites must be kept clean and clutter free. Trash and garbage should be placed inside the dumpster in a trash bag.
No permanent structures, fences or any other alliteration to your site is allowed unless approved by management first.
All children must be supervised at all times.
Bird feeders are prohibited.
