Policies
Cancellation notices received 31 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices received 30 days or less from the arrival date, including reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost, including taxes.
Cancellations due to early departures are not refundable.
Deposits made by check will be refunded less cancellation fee by check.
Deposits made by credit card will be refunded less cancellation fee by credit card.

One reserved parking place per unit. Additional space available in guest parking lot. Area around cottages restricted for fire access.
No pets allowed on premises. Pets may not be left in vehicles!
All units are non-smoking!
No children under 6 years old.
Closed November through March. Peak season is May - September.
Each Cottage Includes:
•Completely equipped kitchen with coffee pot and toaster
•Private bath and shower
•Spacious deck
•Individual patio with barbecue
•Propane or electric heat
•Stone fireplace or woodburning stove
•Linens and towels (mid-week change for weekly guests only)
•Bring beach towels
•Bring charcoal and lighter fluid
