Policies
If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival time, the reservation is non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within the 7 days before scheduled check in, hosts will attempt to find another renter. If we are successful in re-renting out the suite for the original booking dates and the rents recaptured, the canceling guest will be refunded the rents paid, minus the first nights rent as a cancellation charge.
If the hosts are unable to re-rent out the cancelled suite, the canceling guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests’ actual arrival or departure date.
Rules & regulations
Your hosts are John, Brenda, Ryan, Amelia & Stephanie.
Hosts are available 8 am – 8 pm daily for guests needs, 24 hours for emergencies.
Rates on the Suites are based on 2 person occupancy.
11% Bed Tax is not included. Extra guests are $15 per night. Adults and children are charged equally.
No pets allowed.
All non-smoking suites.
We make lodging easy. With no front desk & no line to wait in. Guests can self check in anytime between 4-9pm daily with their secure access code.
Late check-in can be approved in advance.
Once a reservation has been made a proper confirmation be sent within 24 hours to the email on file. If you do not receive a proper confirmation please call your hosts to make sure your reservation has been accepted, denied or if additional information is needed to complete the reservation.
Your proper confirmation will contain detailed instructions on check-in including a unique access code to unlock your front door.
Guests are welcome to self check-in to their reserved suite anytime after 4 pm.
Guests are not permitted to check in after 9 pm without prior host approval.
No early check-ins PLEASE.

A few more important Details:
We do not recommend our property to children under the age of 5 due to stairs, loft bedrooms, second story decks and a creek. Children must be supervised at all times.
Each Suite comes complete with all necessary linens, towels & bedding.
Each Suite includes a private couch, RoKu TV for your streaming channels/ Free WIFI /DVD player/ 100+ DVD Movies, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, coffee maker & supplies, small dining table, dishes, glasses, silverware, wine opener, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner.
The Sierra Suite has a full kitchen, all other suites have a simple kitchenette (No stove)
Each suite has propane and electric wall heaters (for heat) and window AC units (for cooling). We are unable to provide for pets and have a strict non-smoking indoor policy. Outdoor smoking areas are provided for our guests who smoke. Please be courteous of others and of fire danger.
Candles are not permitted due to insurance and fire hazard.
