Privacy & Housekeeping: Our guest’s privacy is very important to us. Complimentary daily housekeeping service will only be provided upon your prior request to Front Desk. We will not provide daily housekeeping without prior request from you. We do not enter your room during your stay for any reason unless you request it. Only in case of necessity or emergency will we enter your room without your permission. If any guest thinks they are in a rock band and damage the room or leave it in an untenable condition, extra cleaning and repair charges will apply at replacement cost and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rates: Fresno County has a transient tax of 12% and a tourism tax of 2%. Weekday rates are Sunday through Thursday. Weekend rates are Friday and Saturday. Extra person charge of $20.00 for guests 11 or over will be applied for any additional guests above the standard listed room occupancy shown. Children 10 or under are free. Extra charge of $20.00 per night if the rollaway bed is used. Room rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may vary. Some rooms and cabins require minimum stays.

Smoking: Out of courtesy to our other guest, there is NO SMOKING within any of the rooms, cabins, bunkhouses or lodge room. Smoking IS permitted in the public areas Outside. Unfortunately, the cost to clean rooms where guests have smoked is significant and time consuming. For that reason, guests will be charged a $250.00 room cleaning fee plus any damage incurred if found to be violating the smoking policy.

Pets:

Your pet is also our guest. All pets must be registered. This includes both service dogs and pets. Emotional support animals are considered pets and the pet fee will be applicable. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee per pet per night.

Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, or other pests and current on vaccinations.

Pets must weigh under 40 pounds.

Do not leave your pet unattended in your room. Pets must also be leashed at all times when on property outside of your room.

Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.

Since your dog will be in an unfamiliar environment and occasionally bark, please quiet an excited pet as soon as possible. You may be required to leave if repeated barking complaints are received from other guests. Guests whose dogs create a financial burden on the hotel, such as refunding unhappy guests, will be financially liable for any and all refunds provided to other guests.

Pets are not permitted in the breakfast room. These exclusions do not apply for service animals however service animals must be wearing their service vest for admittance.

Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly and in a timely manner. There are multiple pet stations set up on the property to assist in pet waste disposal.

If housekeeping service is requested, please contact the Front Desk to arrange a suitable time for the housekeeping staff to service your room each day between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee per pet per stay. This fee will be charged to your reservation at check-in. If a guest doesn’t inform hotel staff of their pet, a non-refundable pet fee will be charge to guests’ reservation.

We allow a maximum of two well-behaved dogs. Unfortunately Pit Bulls and Rottweiler breeds are not allowed. We also reserve the right to refuse housing to any dog at our sole discretion for any reason. Other pets are considered on a case by case basis and are accepted at the discretion of the management team.

You are responsible for any property damage, cleaning costs, personal injury, pest control, or noise disturbance caused by your pet. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operator for any claim, demand, or judgment associated in any way with damages attributable to your pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge your account commensurate with the estimated cost of such damages. If your pet has a urine or stool accident the cleaning charge is $200.00.

Not every accommodation is pet-friendly. Pets are NOT allowed in hotel rooms, Miners Suite, Fox Den Suite and Nest Suite. Please ensure the accommodation you have chosen is pet friendly prior to reserving.
