Sea & Sand RV Park is conveniently located on Highway 101 just three miles north of Depoe Bay on the central Oregon coastline and eight miles south of Lincoln City. There are spectacular beach and ocean views from our terraced ocean RV sites, as well as beautiful and cozy forested campground sites, all with easy beach access. The sunsets in the summers and the storms in the winters offer wonderful memories to all our guests, and their pets. Whether you love the grey whales, are storm watchers, sightseers, want to fish, try your luck at one of the casinos, shop the boutiques, or just be a beach bum or couch potato for a few days-Sea & Sand RV Park provides you with a home away from home that is quiet, peaceful, relaxing and conveniently located.

Policies
Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to check in, the deposit will be returned minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than the 48 hour requirement period prior to the date of your reservation, it will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
PREMIUM OCEAN AND OCEAN sites are limited to 14 days consecutive nights per reservation during high season.
Maximum 2 pieces per site: one RV and one vehicle.
Rates include (2) occupants per RV site. Each additional person is $2.00 per day. Max 6 per RV site.
All Visitors must check in at the office. Visitors staying over 1 hr. shall each pay a Visitor Fee of $2.00 per day. No more than 6 people in each site. If you have 6 people, you cannot have any Visitors. If you have 4 people, you can have 2 Visitors, etc.
Pets are required to alway be on a leash. Please pick up after pets and do not leave them unattended in your RV or vehicle. No more than 3 pets per vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NO PITBULLS, ROTTWIELERS OR MIXES OF THOSE BREEDS ARE ALLOWED.
CHECK-IN time is 1:00 pm and CHECKOUT time is 11:00 am.
Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Cab Over Campers are not allowed to be removed from trucks.
Campfires are only allowed in our forested areas, no campfires at the beach terrace or hilltop sites.
