Schatziland RV Resort

Speed Limits / Traffic Signs: For the safety of everyone, especially children, the speed for ALL vehicles is 5 MPH. All vehicles must honor stop signs and follow direction marking within the Resort. Violation of the speed limit and directional markings will result in verbal/written warning on the first interaction. Subsequent infractions will be subject to eviction from the park.

Vehicle Parking: All vehicles must park in their own space that is provided. Most of our sites will accommodate 2 vehicles unless the site is a back-in. No Parking in streets or on the grass. Your guests may park on your site or at the front office if space is available. Parking on a vacant lot is not permitted.

Cutting Through Adjacent Lots: Please respect your neighbors. Use streets, do not walk, ride, or drive through another site whether vacant or occupied.

Maintenance of Your Site: Help us keep Shatziland beautiful! It is your responsibility to keep your RV site neat and clean and in good repair. Items that are permitted are patio furniture, grills, and pots with live plants. Any other items must be approved by management. Residents will receive a written notice to clean and remove items. Second notice could result in eviction from the park. No carpets or rugs are allowed on the grass. Rugs and carpets are permitted on concrete areas within your site only. No fridges or freezers are allowed on sites. No gazebos allowed on sites.

Prohibited Vehicles: ATV’s, trailers, or boats/jet skis are not allowed on site.

Quiet Time: Quiet time is 9:30PM – 7:30AM; this is a family friendly environment, campers are asked to be considerate of others by keeping loud noises and other behavior that would disturb their neighbors to a minimum. All audio volume must be turned down during quiet hours. Motorcycles are subject to this rule as well.

Propane: We do not allow 100-pound tanks on RV Sites.

Refund for Early Departure: There are no refunds for unused days.

Smoking Policy: Fire safety is imperative and second hand smoke has been determined to be a serious health issue. Smoking is not permitted in or within 30 feet of any building at Schatziland.

Rental Payments: A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for past due rent. Rent will be due on the date of move in or due on the first date of the month if you are a long-term resident.

Disturbance: If a disturbance occurs at your site and the police are called you will be asked to vacate the park immediately.

Clothesline: Clotheslines are not permitted at Schatziland. Swimsuits and towels may be dried outside by other means. Please use the laundry facilities provided (or your own dryer) for drying everything else. NO other clothes are to be hung outside at any time.

Parent responsibility: Please provide continuous adult supervision for your children while in the campground. Children 16 years and under must have adult supervision while in the clubhouse, pool, laundry room, and playground. Parents will be help responsible for the actions of minor children. All minors (18 years and under) must be on their site and under direct supervision by 10:00PM.

Bathhouses and Laundry: Please make sure that the doors are shut and locked after you leave. Both Bathhouse and Laundry facilities are non-smoking.

Trash Pickup: We do not provide trash pickup at your site. Although we do provide dumpsters conveniently located throughout the park.

Internet: Schatziland provides internet which is included in the site rent. If you choose to have internet provided by an outside vendor this MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH THE OFFICE.

Pets: ALL pets must be kept on a leash (no longer than 6 feet) and under the control of the pet owner at all times. Please pick up and dispose of all pet droppings immediately. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended. Pets are not permitted in any public building, play areas, or swimming areas; with the exception of registered service animals. If any pets becomes a nuisance, annoying or bothersome in any way to other campers, that pet must be removed from the premises immediately upon the management's request. NO LIABILITY, implied or otherwise, for animal bites or injury or property destruction. Shot record must be present. Use common sense when approaching wild animals. Pet fences are not permitted.

RV Washing: We do not allow washing of RV’s or vehicles on sites. If you would like it washed it must be completed by a company that provides their own water and materials. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE APPROVED BY FRONT OFFICE.

Vehicle Maintenance: We do not allow maintenance of vehicles on property at any time.

Watering Lawn: Lawn and plants are to be hand watered at all times. No sprinklers allowed.

Pool: Wristbands are required. Pool is for registered guests only. If you are having visitors, they must register with the front office. There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
