In our lovely natural setting on a 66-acre lake, you can relax and make yourself at home. There’s nothing quite like sitting around a crackling campfire on a beautiful evening, watching the colors of the sky fade to the twinkling of the stars. Spending time with one another is important; doing it surrounded by the beauty of nature is even better.
The Scales Lake Park campgrounds feature Class A sites with water, sewer, and electricity, Class B sites with water and electric, and Class C (primitive) sites for the more rugged outdoors person.

Full Hook Up 30/50 AMP
We have a variety of sites that offer both 30 and 50 AMP options. They are located in the Main Campground and as of 2020, up on Pavilion Road. Back-in and pull-thru sites available.

No Hookups/ Tent Camping
Primitive camp sites are all located around the lake. There is a 3 night maximum stay for tent camping. These are tent only sites. We no longer allow RVs or Pop Ups on these sites

Sites that are specifically for 50 AMP campers are located in the Main Campground. They are within walking distance of the Shower House and the Main Campground Playground. Most sites are back-in, some are pull-thru

Water and Electric
Water and Electric Sites are all located in the Main Campground. Tents are allowed on W/E sites but they have a 3 night maximum stay. Most water and electric sites surround the Shower House as well as a playground. Back-in and pull-thru sites available.

Policies
There are NO REFUNDS. When you cancel, you'll be given a credit that is good until the end of the current calendar year.
Check in / out time is noon.
NO MORE than two vehicles per site (No exceptions). Overflow parking available.
No more than six persons per site.
No tents are allowed on full hookup sites.
Tent camping has a maximum of 3 days.
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Speed limit is 15 mph.
The use of generators is prohibited.
All animals must be leashed. No animals near or in the cabins.
We do not allow floatation devices of any kind in our swimming area.
Notice:
Our office hours are seasonal.
