    Full refund minus $10 cancellation fee at least 7 days in advance. No refund on deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival.

    Rules & regulations

    1. QUIET TIME is 10pm to 8am Sunday through Thursday, 11pm to 8am Friday and Saturday.

    2. ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT on a leash, cleaned up after and not left unattended.  No pets allowed shower house or playground area. Pet owners are responsible for any claim, loss or damage by their pet(s). IT IS mandatory that the Pet Owners pick up and properly dispose of their pet’s feces. IT IS also mandatory that all pets MUST be on a leash and DO NOT allow them on other campsites. This will be strictly enforced. You are required to sign a pet waiver at check in.

    3. ALL GARBAGE must be deposited into the dumpster. CAMPSITES must be cleaned before leaving.  DO NOT leave trash in the fire ring. This includes cigarette butts!

    4. PARKING is limited to your own site. Do not park on the grass. 

    5. SPEED LIMIT in Campground is 5 MPH. Please do not drive on the grass. No motorbikes, quads, ATVs allowed on property. Golf carts and UTVs are permitted with release and proof of insurance.

    6. SWIMMING in the river is at your OWN RISK. There are NO LIFEGUARDS on duty.  It is advisable to have all children wear life jackets if they are playing near the water and DO NOT leave them unattended.

    7. Sandy Springs CG llc is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage, injuries or theft during your visit.

    8. PLAYGROUND You must supervise your children at all times when at the campground. This includes our playground area. If we see an unattended child we can/will return them to your campsite if necessary.

    9. FIREWOOD is allowed to be brought in if it is bug and disease free. It is not allowed from the asian beetle or gypsy moth quarantine areas of Ohio. CUTTING DOWN any live or dead trees or shrubs is not permitted

    10. FIRES are restricted to fire pits only. Fires must be put out before leaving. DO NOT move the firepits. If you move a firepit without asking you are subject to a fine.

    11. ALCOHOL is allowed within the campsites only. Excessive use will not be tolerated.  Drug use will be reported to the authorities. We reserve the right to remove you from your campsite or rental without a refund. IF you are unable to drive due to intoxication we will have the police escort you off the campground.

    12. NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED.

    13. Please DO NOT approach any wildlife, you are in a forest area so they may be around. Sandy Springs CG LLC is not responsible for any injury or death that may occur from wildlife or acts of nature.

    14. No pools or sprinklers without prior approval.

    15. No public urinating or defecating. 

    16. Visitors must sign in to the office. This is for liability purposes, if they wish to use the amenities there may be a small fee.

    17. Septic hookups must have proper installation to provide for no leakage.  You must keep your valves closed until ready to dump. Pull the black first and then the gray. When backing in please watch for the sewer hook up if you run it over and break it you will be held responsible for the repair. The Ohio EPA and Sandy Springs Campground do not allow any dumping on to the ground. If you do dump to the ground you may be fined.

    18. We have a no violence policy. If you do an act of violence you will be asked to leave, with no refund. If you do not leave authorities will be called.

    19. If for any reason the rules and regulations are not being followed, Sandy Springs CG LLC has the right to ask you to leave without reimbursement.
