Welcome to Sam’s! Located on 50 acres in Desert Hot Springs, our hot water resort is an iconic oasis for RVing near Palm Springs, CA. In addition to RV sites, we offer motel accommodations, fully-furnished mobile home rentals, tent sites, and day use passes to our mineral hot pools. Naturally heated and non-chlorinated mineral spring water from our 3 underground wells provides a therapeutic soak for the entire family. House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date are subject to a one-night reservation charge.
Rules & regulations
All guests and residents using park facilities must be registered. Proper ID tags must be worn when entering the courtyard and attending park activities.
RV Sites: Only one RV, tent, or sleeping unit allowed per site. Only 8 people allowed per site. Please do not part or drive over the cement pads. You are responsible for any damages done while parking your RV.
Pets: Pers are welcome but they must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. NEver leave your pet tied up outside unattended. Please pick up after your pet.
Fires: Absolutely no fires allowed. Only charcoal or gas BBQ's.
Trash: Please deposit trash in areas designated on the map.
Swimming Pools, Hot Pools, and Sauna: Shower before entering pools. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under age 14 at all times. Do not leave children unattended. No floatation devices allowed unless clearly labeled "Coast Guard Approved". No glass containers are allowed in the pool areas. Everyone must wear a swimsuit, children 3 or under must wear a swim diaper (available for purchase). Absolutely no food or drink allowed in the hot pool area or sauna.
Lake: No fishing or swimming allowed. Don't discard anything in the lake that could harm the fish and birds.
Recreation Hall: For use by residents and registered guests only. Billiards and ping-pong available.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking facility, except in the open-air areas.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm - 9:00 am. Be considerate of others.
Unlicensed Motorcycles & Off-Road Vehicles: No riding within the park. They must be transported in and out.
Park management reserves the right to ask anyone not abiding by our rules or causing a disturbance to vacate our premises with "no refund". Management is not responsible for loss due to theft, fire, wind, flood, or any other act beyond our control.
