Salida RV Resort is a brand new luxury RV park in Colorado with over 1,600 feet of Arkansas river frontage and surrounded by the beautiful Collegiate Peak mountains. Book your spacious RV Site and be just 2.5 miles to shops and dining in Salida’s lovely and hip historic downtown district. With year-round full hookup RV Sites, Salida has four seasons of outdoor adventure awaiting you!
Salida RV Resort’s RV Sites are year-round FHU (full hookup). All sites offer 30 and 50-amp electric, water and sewer, high-speed fiber internet, and oversized site pads for large RVs. From pull-through to back-in and pull-in, we have a site for everyone. We are a brand-new campground with brand-new amenities! Our spacious clubhouse offers showers, laundry, private restrooms, game room, fitness center, and many other on-site activities.
Perfect for year-round guests, we offer access to all of the wonderful river activities, including our private river access ramp for non-motorized rafts and floats. Visitors can explore wonderful mountain biking and hiking trails for all skill levels in the nearby Sawatch Range, or participate in the town of Salida’s many great summer festivities! In the winter, Monarch Ski Resort is just 23 miles away. Don’t forget to take a dip in one of the local hot springs while you’re here any time of year! Salida’s mild year-round climate caused by the “banana belt” is one of Colorado’s best-kept secrets!

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellations made:
prior to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, not including day of arrival, are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00.
within 3 days of scheduled arrival reservations are non-refundable.
on day of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather.
Rules & regulations
Permissible RVs: Any RV older than 20 years must be pre-approved by management. Only one RV is allowed per site.
Pets: If you are traveling with pets, they must be registered with the front desk at time of check-in. Pets are required to be on a leash while within the park and please remember to pick up after your furry friends and help keep our park beautiful! Maximum 2 pets per RV
Quiet time in the park is 10:00pm-7:00am. Please be courteous to other guests so all can enjoy their stay with us.
RV Washing: Washing of RVs is strictly prohibited. Contact the front desk for information regarding RV washing services.
Rules of the Road: The speed limit in the park is 10 mph and is strictly enforced along with all traffic signs.
Parking/Trailer Policy: All vehicles including trailers must fit on the site or an additional charge will be required for overflow parking in front of the clubhouse on a first come first serve basis for trailers less than 12 feet in length. Trailers over 12 feet in length will require an additional site.
Please note a minimum $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any oil leaks or other fluids from an RV, trailer, or vehicle. Complimentary oil pans, based on availability, may be available for your use.
Campfires: Please note Salida is a dry, high-desert climate and is susceptible to wildfires. No wood fires or charcoal grills are permitted on the site. Gas fire pits and grills are welcome.
No fireworks of any kind.
Rafts, kayaks, inner tubes or any flotation devices will need to be stored under your RV or out of site. They cannot be left in the yard at your site.
ATVs, unlicensed motorcycles, and snowmobiles are not permitted to be run on the site.
Snow removal - main roads and sidewalks will be cleared of by management, renter is responsible for site snow removal.
