House rules for a happy stay
Policies
For a full refund, less a $1 booking fee, please cancel by 4:00 PM at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reservation. No refunds will be given for early departure.
Rules & regulations
Car Policy:
Any vehicle that can not fit at your site must be parked in overflow parking area. If your visitor can not fit in your site please visit the office for other parking options. We ask that you do not park in open sites due to incoming reservations.
Pet Policy:
*Two dog runs are provided supplied with sanitary bags and rake with scoop for your convenience.
*All dogs must be on a leash in all other areas.
*Please carry a sanitary bag while walking your dog(s) to help keep our grounds clean.
*Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans, wolf breeds or mixes of these breeds are not allowed on property.
*Pet Owners are reliable for actions of their pets.
*Please be with your pet when they are outside your RV.
*Dog pens or kennels are not allowed.
*We have a couple of pet friendly cabins. If you are in need of one of these please call the office and ask for availability.
