House rules for a happy stay
Policies
NO REFUNDS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ARRIVAL for luxury, spa sites, and cabins.
No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Holiday Cancellations
* Holiday/Peak Season including but not limited to Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, and special events (other than bike rally).
For tent sites and regular RV sites: Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to first night. NO EXCEPTIONS/NO REFUNDS.
For luxury, spa sites and cabins: Cancellations MUST be made at least 30 days before scheduled arrival date and. NO EXCEPTIONS/NO REFUNDS.
No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS! We have a very short summer season so we must depend on your reservation.
Rules & regulations
All of our prices are based on two people. Additional campers are $5.00/day.
We need to inform you, that open fires in our campground are prohibited by law.
NO FIRE PITS, GROUND OR WOOD FIRES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!
ONLY charcoal grills and propane campfires are allowed.
If a county mandated burn ban is in effect absolutely no fires allowed!
PROPANE CAMPFIRES ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT AT OUR C-STORE!
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. Management reserves the right to remove guests for violation of park policy with NO REFUND.
Any photos or images taken on our grounds may be used for promotional purposes on our website. By staying on our property, you agree to our use of your images for these purposes. We do not share personally identifiable information other than photos for promotional purposes.
