Rolling by the Dozen RV Park

Violation of any park rules & regulations may result in you being asked to vacate the park. 

ARRIVALS, DEPARTURES AND RESERVATIONS:

Registration and payment is due ahead of or immediately upon arrival. No exceptions.

For after-hour check-in, you will be sent instructions by text or e-mail prior to your arrival.

Check-in starts at 1PM, check-out by 12PM.

Maximum of two (2) adults and ten (10) children; one (1) RV; and two (2) vehicles per site (has to fit in the site). Two (2) adults and five (5) children are included in rates. Additional adults are $3 per adult per night Monday - Friday and $5 per adult per night Saturday - Sunday. Additional children are $1 per child per night Monday - Friday and $3 per child per night Saturday - Sunday.

No sub-leasing is allowed.

Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM.

VEHICLE RULES:

A 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. This is a children and pet-friendly park, so please watch for children playing and pets when driving around the park.

No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV is allowed.

All persons must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on the park property, including golf carts.

No unregistered vehicles, boats, 4-wheelers, etc. will be allowed in the park.

The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes or any unlicensed motorized vehicle is prohibited on park property.

Park your vehicle in your assigned site only. We do have limited parking available for extra vehicles for an additional daily rate.

No repairs or washing of vehicles or RVs allowed unless approved by management.

CLEANLINESS AND APPEARANCE:

All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. RVs 20 years or older must be approved by park management.

It is mandatory that all water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks, and sewer hoses must have a threaded attachment into the sewer.

No clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, barriers, generators or storage containers outside or under RV are allowed.

Outdoor items must be neat and orderly and are subject to management approval.

No open campfires allowed. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted. Manufactured above ground fire pits are permitted if there is a proper fire arrestor used.

No tents are allowed in the park.

All garbage is to be bagged and disposed of in the designated trash areas. No bagged trash outside of RVs.

Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed.

CHILDREN:

You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children.

Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision in all common areas including the restrooms, rec room, laundry room, playground and pond.

Children are not allowed in other guests' sites and may not use other guests' belongings without invitation from the guest.

Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

VISITORS:

Visitors are allowed and must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations.

You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your visiting guests.

PETS:

All pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless inside the dog park.

A fenced dog park is provided for your pet’s enjoyment. Please read and abide by the dog park rules posted on the dog park fence.

Pick up your pet’s waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within park property.

No pets are allowed in the park buildings.

Pets may not be left outside unattended.

Wildlife/farm animals are not allowed.

Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behavior. We do not allow pit bull or pit bull mixes on the park property.

Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners.

Please try to keep barking and loud noise at a minimum.

MAIL AND PACKAGES:

USPS does not deliver mail to long term or short term guests. If any mail is sent to the park, it will be returned to sender.

UPS, FedEx and USPS do deliver packages to guests. Use this address with your name and site number for packages: your name, 40 County Road 267, your site number, Somerville, TX 77879

ALCOHOL, SMOKING, DRUGS AND FIREARMS:

Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. Do not throw smoking materials on the ground in your site area or anywhere in the park.

Smoking is prohibited in any park building and near children playing on the playground.

Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed.

All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

No alcohol is permitted in any common area (unless approved by management).

Rolling by the Dozen RV Park, or any of its representatives, staff or owners will NOT be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence.

No criminal or drug related activity in or near the park will be tolerated.

POND:

No swimming in the pond.

Catch and release fishing is permitted.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult anywhere near the pond.

No climbing on the rocks.

WARNING! Snakes have been spotted by the pond.

DAMAGES:

Damage to Park property, including but not limited to: restrooms, laundry room, rec room, utilities, landscaping, vehicles, street lights or signage is strictly prohibited.

Any damages caused by guests or their visitors will be billed to the guest.

Rolling by the Dozen RV Park assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, injury, accidents or losses from any cause. 

Rolling by the Dozen RV Park is not responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by other guests/visitors. 

Rolling by the Dozen RV Park is not responsible for any personal property. 

Guests assume all risk of loss and are responsible for carrying their own insurance.

EMERGENCY:

In case of an emergency call 911.

 Willful violation of these rules may result in termination of occupancy and barring from the property. These rules and regulations supersede any previously written or discussed. Rules and regulations and rates may be changed at any time without prior notice. Please report any problems, including any incidents or accidents, to park management as soon as possible.
