Rocking R's RV Ranch

RV must be 15 years old or newer. Otherwise, send current pictures for approval. Must be clean and well-kept with no "Hobo modifications".

50% rate of entire reserved stay will be charged upon reservation and the remaining 50% will be due upon arrival.

Speed limit within the park is 10 mph. Be sure to drive and park on rock or concrete only, make wide turns, and do not cut corners, the ground can be very soft.

Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 2:00 PM. There is a $10 fee for early check-in or late check-out. Please notify management if this is required.

Limit 4 guests per RV. Additional guests/day visitors are allowed at an additional fee of $5 per person/per day and at approval of management.

Quiet time is between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

No cigarette butts or trash of any kind on the ground.

Smoking is ONLY allowed at your campsite and in the common areas around the pond and pavilion.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the bath house/washateria or office/store. Snuff out and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Do not snuff out cigarettes on decks or tables. Empty ashtrays when leaving common areas. Be sure all butts are completely out as not to start a fire.

Personal items cannot be stored outside of your RV. Patio furniture and outdoor cooking grills are allowed.

Please do not leave any trash or personal items behind at your site when you check out.

Golf carts and side-by-side ATVs are allowed but only on paved/gravel areas and must be driven by a licensed driver.

Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park if used responsibly. Rowdy, violent and destructive behavior will not be tolerated. Guests will be escorted off property immediately!

Please do not place feminine products, paper towels, wipes or anything other than septic safe toilet paper in RV or public toilets.

All sewer hoses must have a sealed connection to our septic system.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone except those prohibited by law, and the right to remove any guest not following the rules set forth herein. Any used site credit will be forfeited. We are very friendly, run a friendly park and hope we never have to do this.

Rocking R's RV Ranch will make every reasonable effort to provide a clean and safe environment for our guests. However, we disclaim any responsibility of damages resulting from fire, theft, accident, vandalism or natural disaster. In case of emergency, call 911 and then notify management.

As a courtesy, our host or one of the owners may assist with directing you to your RV site. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific RV and vehicles on the campsite. Rocking R's RV Ranch will not be held liable for any damage caused to your vehicle, RV or our facility in the process of parking/positioning your RV on the site.

Our guests agree to keep their RV's and vehicles full insured, road legal and in good operating condition. We want our guests to feel safe and secure, if and when an emergency occurs.

Be careful not to drive off the rock roads, site entries or paved sites, the ground can get very soft.

Pet Policy:

OWNERS MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS.

Anytime pets are outside your RV, they must be on a leash, held by the owner or on a dog run, and must be supervised at all times.

All pets must have proof of rabies vaccination.

Long-term/Monthly RVers may erect a personal dog run on their site at approval of management.

Dogs that dig, destroy property or are aggressive are not allowed.

Limit of 2 pets per site.

Management has the right to refuse any animal from being brought into the park and has the right to ask you to remove any pet that causes a disturbance.

No pets allowed in bath house/ washaterias under any circumstances.

Pond and Pavilion:

Pond decks are first come, first served and cannot be reserved.

DO NOT leave personal items, fishing gear, trash, etc. on the decks or pond areas.

Fishing is catch and release only unless otherwise specified by management.

Please return outdoor games to storage when not in use.

Pavilion may be reserved for special occasions. Please see management to make arrangements and for approval. Otherwise, feel free to gather there with other guests to visit and play board games, cards, dominoes, etc. please keep voice and noise levels to acceptable levels.

Please leave common areas as you found them.

Rocking R's RV Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property at the pond or pavilion areas.

Camping Etiquette:

Basic common sense rules! We expect everyone to kind, courteous and respectful to your fellow camper.

Please do not walk across another camper's site.

Obey the park's quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Keep in mind that voices, music and other noise may carry further than you might think outdoors.

Clean up after yourself in common areas and bath house/washateria. Please help us to keep our park and facilities clean for everyone to enjoy.

Loud, argumentative and foul language will not be tolerated for any reason!
