Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. We DO NOT offer refunds for WEATHER, HEALTH or MECHANICAL related instances.

All cancellations made 7 days prior to the reservation date will qualify for a full refund minus the below processing fee.

Cancellations made within 7-4 days will qualify for a 50% refund.

Any cancellations made less than 4 days prior to your reservation date WILL NOT qualify for any refunds.

There will be a 15% processing fee for ALL cancellations.

The following weekends are considered “holidays” in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. We do not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these weekends.

Arrivals & Departures General Rules
Check-in Time is 3:00 pm.

Check-out Time is 12:00 noon.

Cabin prices are for 2 adults and their children. Additional adults are $10 per person per night.

All rates are per trailer or per tent.

Maximum guests per site is 6.

No refunds on early departures.

All Guests and visitors that have not paid on-line must register at the Check-in Station and pay upon arrival. All guests staying longer than 1 week agree to pay when payment is due.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, anyone that does not have a reservation, or has not paid for their reservation, may be asked to leave the park.

Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors.

Any visitor that becomes unruly or violates park rules may be asked to leave the park.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, this includes loud vehicle noise.

Please be considerate of your neighbors, continuous loud noise is not allowed.

Rivers Edge RV Park reserves the right to make changes to your reservation as needed, to help accommodate all guests.

Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and financially responsible for any damages incurred by their children. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No digging of any kind is allowed anywhere in the park.

Adults are responsible for their children’s bicycles while in the park.

Skateboards and Scooters ARE NOT ALLOWED.

ATV’s are not allowed to be driven around the park. If you bring an ATV, it must only be driven to long enough immediately leave the park or enter directly to your site.

The Park is not responsible for any damages.

The Park will not be responsible for theft or injury occurring during your stay.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We do not guarantee the same site, if you choose to extend. Check with the manager for possible extension or check our reservations page.

Rivers Edge RV Park management or office personnel of the park is in no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident or any other cause to the personal possessions of tenant or their guests.

Only registered guests are allowed to fish on our property.

Swim at your own risk.

Glass bottles are NOT allowed in our park.

BBQs are not allowed on top of any park owned picnic tables.

Guests will be required to pay for damages they or members of their party may cause to the property (i.e. damage to faucets, water pipes, picnic tables, electric boxes, vent pipes, etc.).

Place garbage in plastic bags and dispose of them in the dumpster located near the laundry building.

Do not leave any trash inside the fire pits.

Children under 14 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult while near the river for safety reasons.

Rocks are not allowed to be put in the grass.

Tents are not allowed to stay in one spot for more than 3 consecutive days.

We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of park rules.

Absolutely no refunds will be given if you are asked to leave for any property damage and/or rules violations.

Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection.

All fires must be contained within a park provided fire pit and all fires must be fully extinguished when not attended.

No fires are permitted within 15 feet of any building.

Outdoor items should be neat and orderly.

Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundled.

Guests are not allowed, at any time, to solicit any products or materials to any other park guests.

Guests are not allowed to distribute, at any time, any and all propaganda, flyers and/or advertisements, of any kind, to other park guests.

Management reserves the right to change the rules without notice.

Parking and Vehicles

The quality of RVs in a resort or campground can contribute to or detract from the overall experience of all the campers. For this reason, we enforce some standards of appearance on RVs, similar to those in place at many other RV resorts and campgrounds.

Our property rules state that “all vehicles must be operable and in good condition.” We think it may be helpful to outline a few examples of what is meant by “good condition.”

Age Limit

Please note that “good condition” does not mean “new,” and we do not have an age limit for RVs.

RV Certification

For weekly stays or longer, RVs should have RVIA certification. RVIA certification states the rig complies with certain fire codes, which are important. Occasionally, exceptions can be granted on a case-by-case basis for non-RVIA rigs which seem to conform to safety requirements and are of a design and style compatible with the park. All RVs should be certified by the manufacturer and are built in accordance with the ANSI code.

Appearance Guidelines

Overall, the RV should look and function as it was originally designed.

While we can’t provide a list including every possible scenario, following are a few examples that should be helpful:

Doors, shrouds, panels, windows and coverings, etc. should be intact, have original paint and not unsightly.

Exterior should be not unsightly, and should be free of obvious, poorly-repaired damages.

Tarps cannot be used for weatherproofing and awnings should be in good condition.

Air conditioning units should not be added through the walls or windows unless previously approved.

Outdoor refrigerators, freezers or other appliances or fixtures are not allowed.

All hoses, wires, etc. should route through ports as originally designed.

Exterior should be free of duct tape, repair tape, excessive caulk, etc.

Isolated minor issues are generally acceptable, provided multiple issues aren’t combined to substantially deteriorate the appearance of an RV:

Minor body damage which has been properly repaired but is still visible.

Minor fading of decals and/or original paint.

One (1) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV.

All cabins have designated parking. Parking on river bank is not allowed.

All extra vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking area located at the north end of the property.

All vehicles must have current registration, Inspection and License plates.

All vehicles must be in operational condition.

No big trucks or loud motorcycles in campground.

Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from RV site into the flow of traffic.

No type of mechanical repair, whether to vehicle or RV is allowed.

Washing of RVs or Vehicles is NOT allowed.

The speed limit in the park is 5 mph.

Parking in vacant RV sites will result in being charged the daily rate and/or vehicle being towed.

Pet Rules

All pets to be on a leash in owner’s hand at all times while walking in the park.

Clean up after your pet on your Lot and while walking.

Do not bathe your pet in the Parks Restrooms.

Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on Lot.

Pets are not allowed to be tethered to any trees.

Kennels are not allowed to remain in one place any longer than 3 days.

Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave the Park.

No breeds allowed in the park that could harm someone or their pet.

Limit two (2) pets per lot.

Pets are not to be left unattended outside the RV.

Cabins

Our cabins must be reserved in advance. If you need to cancel a reservation, to qualify for a full refund you must cancel within 7 days. Cancellations within 7 -5 days will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 4 days do not qualify for any refund.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm

If you are making a “Same Day” reservation, there is a minimum time of 2 hours between your reservation time and your rental start time. For example, even though our normal check-in time is 3:00 pm, if you make a reservation at 4:00 pm for that same day, your cabin will not be ready and available until 6:00 pm.

You must bring the Cabin Rental Agreement with you when you arrive for your reservation.

If you are using a Gift Certificate for a cabin, you must also bring your Gift Certificate along with your Cabin Rental Agreement. If you do not have either item upon arrival, your reservation may be declined.
