You will find relaxation, adventure, and excitement at RiverPoint Landing Marina-Resort. We offer recreational boating, RV Park and other activities to make the perfect getaway. Our location offers a unique escape to the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta region. If you are looking for a permanent home for your boat, our berths and storage facilities, friendly staff and attentive service will fit your needs. We also welcome guest boats and RVs for visits from overnight to a few weeks.

Our marina is on the western outskirts of Stockton, CA and faces the Stockton Deepwater Channel to the south and west and Buckley Cove to the north. It is a prime location for exploration and enjoyment of the entire Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.

The marina is easily accessible from Interstate 5. Exit on March Lane (Exit 476) and drive west for two miles. March lane turns into Buckley Cove Way. We offer essential services, expertly maintained facilities, and a staff devoted to you and your boat or yacht. Shopping, boating services, cultural attractions, athletic venues, and a wide variety of restaurants are only a few miles away.

RiverPoint Landing Marina-Resort is situated a few hundred yards east of Light 39 on the Deepwater Channel. Boating activities including cruising, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and fishing are only moments from your slip. Secluded anchorages, island retreats, yacht clubs, and waterfront eating and drinking establishments are also nearby.

Thirty-two beautifully maintained RV sites bring together the beauty of the water and Delta farmlands, only minutes away from the urban attractions of Stockton. Most sites are right on the Stockton Deepwater Channel. All sites feature great views of activity on the water – everything from fishing to waterskiing to ocean-going freighters passing to and from the Port of Stockton. You are virtually surrounded by some of the world’s richest farmlands. Your day may well be capped with a view of a spectacular sunset over Mt. Diablo.

Standard Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date.

Holiday / Special Event Weekend Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Special event fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if reservation is cancelled with in 14 days of arrival date. 

Rules & regulations

REGISTRATION: All campers, visitors, guests, and pets must be registered at the office upon arrival and prior to entering the campground. Rates are based on 4 people per site. Up to two additional campers (adults or children) are allowed at an additional rate per camper. No more than six campers may occupy a single site.

Saturday arrivals and departures are not available.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM - 8 AM

Due to liability purposes, we cannot allow RV guests on the docks at any time unless you have a boat moored or in a guest slip.

ANY RV 10 YEARS OR OLDER IS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE/UPON ENTERING THE RESORT.

THERE IS NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM. CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM (NOON).

GUESTS: Facilities in this park are for use by registered guests only. Visitors are required to register at the office before entering the park. All visitors must leave the park by 10:00 p.m.

CHILDREN: Play areas for children are limited to your RV site and the lawn in the center of property. Children should not be on or near the riprap which surrounds our waterfront at any time.

PETS: Please clean up after your pets. Disposal bags are located around the park. No more than 2 pets. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time and must be on a leash when not inside your RV. Aggressive pets of any breed are not permitted. The owner is responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. We reserve the right to accept or reject any pets.

FRONT GATE: The gate is closed from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please inquire for the gate code.

Washing RVs & vehicles is NOT PERMITTED.

PARKING: The rate per site allows the RV plus one tow or towed vehicle. One additional vehicle may stay, if space is available at an additional rate.

PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY - SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH within the park. Please watch for small children and pets.

CAMPFIRES: Allowed if contained in a screened fire-pit. Please be aware of your fire, smoke, and ashes at all times. Ashes and BBQ briquettes can be dumped in one of the marked metal containers around the property.

FIREWORKS / FIREARMS: Fireworks or firearms of any type are NOT permitted at any time.

UTILITIES: All rates include electricity and water. Each site has 30-amp electrical service. Sites 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 25 and 26 have 50-amp service. Sites do not have sewer hookups or Cable TV.

FISHING: If you have a waterfront campsite, you may fish from your site. You may also fish from the park area and on the "point". No fishing is allowed ANYWHERE IN THE MARINA, from the docks, including the fuel dock. Fishing requires a California license.

There is NO SWIMMING allowed anywhere on the property.

ALCOHOL / TOBACCO: We are a family campground; all alcoholic beverages must be consumed responsibly. There is no smoking allowed in restrooms, showers, laundry room or other public buildings. Please extinguish cigarettes, cigars, and pipes properly.
