Reservations are Non-Refundable, No Exceptions.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM, when the lights are flashing on the security cart, quiet hours are in effect.
Check out time is at 11:00 AM. Key cards must be returned to office or placed in drop box by the compactor.
The state of Florida requires that all cyclist aged 16 or younger wear a bike helmet while riding. Lights are also required for night riding, white light in front, red light in back.
Please return golf carts to the Mustang Center, no later than 11:00 AM.
Vehicles:
• Speed limit is 10 MPH and Stop signs must be obeyed.
• No off-road vehicles, including ATV’s, minibikes, hoverboards, go-carts, trail bikes, or four-wheel offroad vehicles.
• To operate a motor vehicle, including a golf cart, you must be a licensed driver over the age of 16, Unless it is a rental golf cart the minimum age limit is 18.
• All motorized vehicles, including golf carts, must have a minimum of $100,000 Personal Injury and Property Damage Liability insurance to be operated in RRRV.
• All vehicles operated after dark, including bicycles and golf carts must have lights.
• Do not park on the grass. All grassy areas have irrigation systems, you are responsible for damages caused by parking or driving on the grass.
ALL LOTS ARE PRIVATLEY OWNED, PLEASE KEEP LOT CLEAN, BE RESPECTFUL OF THE PROPERTY, AND DO NOT PARK ON OR WALK ON ANY OTHER LOT.
Utility trailers, boat trailers, or trailers without the RV manufactured stamp are not allowed on lots. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No free-standing canopies, awnings, or tents allowed on sites.
No fireworks including sparklers are permitted in the resort.
PETS (All pets must have vaccination records)
• Per Polk County Ordinance – 10-001 All pets must be in direct control by the owners at all times. Direct control is defined as immediate and continuous physical control of an animal at all times, by such means of a fence, leash, cord or chain of sufficient strength to restrain the same.
• No dogs or other animals are allowed in any building or pool area unless it is a documented disability assistance animal.
• You must pick up after your pet.
IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR CABLE, HERE ARE A FEW HELPFUL TIPS: Connect coax cable to pedestal and then to RV. Inside the unit, program TV (booster needs to be off). Contact the office if you have difficulties, and we will send someone to your lot.
