CANCELLATIONS

Notice of cancellation 15 days or more in advance, full refund -14 days to 8 days, 50% refund - 7 days or less, no refund. If your plans change after you make a reservation, we will gladly work with you to rebook your stay.

If you do choose to cancel, you may do so up to 2 weeks (14 days) ahead of the scheduled 2:00 pm check-in, and receive a full refund. Up to one week before check-in (13 days to 8 days), receive a 50% refund. Campers who cancel within the 7 days of arrival check-in will receive no refund.

No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation before their arrival date will be considered a no show, no refund, and may be blacklisted.

COVID AND OTHER EVENTS

We understand that with booking any reservation life happens. Sometimes circumstances can change your situation making it impossible for you to keep your planned visit. At the discretion of Park Management, under unique and unavoidable circumstances, we may provide special options for a Guest in good standing that needs to cancel, especially in an emergency. Please be advised that the Park Management has no obligation to make special concessions for any guest or any situation under this policy. Special considerations are done on a case by case basis and verification of circumstances may be required.

REFUNDS

We do our best to ensure everyone has a good experience while camping in our Park. However, there are some things that are beyond our control. There are no refunds for bad weather, wind, rain, heat, changing Guest plans, failure of Guest equipment, closure of Park amenities for equipment failure or dangerous conditions, being asked to leave the Park for violations of Park rules & policy, etc.. In the case of State or Federal mandated actions, the Park reserves the right to initiate closures and/or policy changes to ensure public safety and a good camping experience. If and when these closures and/or policy changes occur, the Park may issue park credit on guest reservations.

Rules & regulations

We do not guarantee site assignments. If you have specific needs for your RV or prefer pull- through vs back-in, please tell us when you make your reservation.

You will receive a text with your updated site number the day before arrival.

No inactive vehicles, trailers, tents, boats. No washing of RVs or vehicles. Any questions, check with us.

PET POLICY

Pets limited to 2 per site under 50 pounds must always be attended or kept in your RV, outside on a leash with a person, not tethered, not penned or crated outside unattended, not on other sites, always subject to good behavior and no barking. You must immediately clean up after your pet. Please dispose of pet waste down a toilet or in the pet waste disposal units around the park, and not in a public trash can.

We love pets! Good news, no pet fee! Any pet outside your RV must be accompanied by an adult and on a leash - including cats & lizards. (-; Two dog maximum, under 50 pounds, no digging or excessive barking allowed. . All must be well behaved, vaccinated, and poop must be picked up when deposited. Waste stations throughout the park. Management reserves the right to have pets removed or Guest to leave based on pet's behavior.

Please email a rabies certificate for your dogs before check-in.

Prohibited: Generators, tents erected with an RV on a site, overnight use of bright outside lighting, fireworks, disorderly behavior, walking through other peoples’ sites, oil changes and lubes, clotheslines, grills on picnic tables, any permanent connections, foundations, skirtings, porches, or items. Management reserves the right to request removal of items at their discretion.

Campfires are only approved to be built in campfire rings and must be extinguished before retiring. DO NOT LEAVECAMPFIRES UNATTENDED. Do not use gasoline, kerosene,etc.as as tarter. Do not dispose of cigarette butts, drink cans, drink bottles, food or trash of any kind in fire rings.

Behavior in the park: No arguments, fighting, cursing, or foul language outside RVs. It is not your responsibility to call down other guests about park rules.

Alcoholic beverages and recreational drugs: Recreational drugs are not tolerated in the park. If we are in doubt, a law officer will be called. Alcoholic beverages must be kept on tenants’ own site and in an undisclosed container. Drunkenness or foul language will NOT be tolerated. Any minor caught in the park with an alcoholic beverage or recreational drugs will be expelled with the entire party on that site.

ATVs, dirt bikes, rollerblades, skates, or skateboards may not be used in the park.

Quiet hours are 11:00 pm until 8:00 am. Children under 18 must return to their own site by 10:00pm.

RV AGE POLICY

We have a 15 year age rule for RVs, but it's more about condition. If in doubt about your older RV, email pictures for review. All RVs in the park need to be in good condition, clean, no tarps, plywood, flat tires, etc.
