    For stays less than 4 nights, a 50% of total reservation cancellation fee will be taken any time of cancellation. For stays 4 nights or longer, $100 dollars will be taken as the cancellation fee regardless of cancellation date. Remaining funds will be returned in original form of purchase.

    Pets must be on a leash in the RV park and everywhere in town. EXCEPT! There is a city park across the creek and footbridge. That park is an off leash park for well behaved dogs.

    Wherever you are in town you are required to clean up after your pet.

    The only fires allowed between RVs are propane campfires and BAR-B-Que pits and grills. No open flames.

    REPAIRS TO YOUR EQUIPMENT THAT MAY RESULT IN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ASK PERMISSION BEFORE BEGINNING THE JOB.

    10:00 pm to 8:00 am are quiet hours.

    Wifi Login is to RV Password is 9709449519. That is the office phone number with no spaces.

    Water pressure is extremely high. You will need a pressure reduction device on the shore side of the RV. If you don’t have one they are available at the office.

    Long term customers may not leave junk, debris or treasures under your RV over winter.

    DO NOT PUT PAPER TOWELS OR FLUSHABLE WIPES or DOMESTIC TOILET PAPER IN YOUR TANKS. IF YOU CREATE A CLOG YOU PAY FOR THE REPAIR.

    We clean the bath house daily with bleach. If you find it dirty, please report it.

    Do NOT put cardboard in the dumpster, there is a designated location for cardboard disposal.

    Dumpsters open from top and are clipped to keep bears out. Please close the bear proof lids on the dumpster. Otherwise bears will scatter trash all over. And lock the doors on your vehicles.

    Do NOT block any driveway with an unattended car.

    You may have a total of 6 people in your RV. The first two are included in the price. Extra adults are $10 per adult per night, not to exceed $100 per month. Children older than 15 are considered adults.
