Cancellation Policy:
* Prior to 7 days 35.00 cancellation fee will be applied and the remaining
deposit will be refunded
* Within 7 days of arrival, there is no cash back on the deposit, however,
we will issue a credit to use before the end of the season.
Rules & regulations
Our Policies
All campers and visitors need to be registered to be in the campground. Registration includes a signed waiver and checking in at the front office.
#1 Quiet time is at 11, respect your neighbors.
What this means:
* turning off bright lights.
* turning down music so your neighbors are able to sleep, even if your in a group site.
#2 Everyone is responsible for the safety.
What this means:
* Speed limit is 5mph.
* drinking and driving is not allowed.
* Gate closes at midnight, you are able to leave but, we do not allow campers to re-enter after midnight.
* No can or glass bottles on the Wolf River. Plastic bottles only. Take only what you need for the 3-4 hour trip and leave no trace. Secure your beverages with an appropriately secured bag for whitewater.
* Pets must remain on a leash, and you must pick up after them, thank you.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
Please, no burning garbage in the fire pits; wood only. Garbage doesn't burn and it is not pleasant cleaning. Thank you.
Firewood must be either locally sourced or certified invasive species free. We offer wood for sale, please ask us about free delivery to your site.
Our Septic is old, please do not flush anything that is not supposed to be flushed! Double flushing with solids is encouraged.
Check-out is at 11am.
Please, deposit all trash in dumpsters at the bottom of the hill, we will provide free garbage bags, please ask.
If the site is left messy, groups are subject to but not limited to $75.00 cleaning fee.
Any RFC equipment lost, damaged, or stolen during the stay including rafting
and tubing trips will be subject to replacement fees.
We are not responsible for your personal items.
When booking, please be as close to accurate on the number of guests as possible. The cost for rental is 10 dollars per person per night. To make a booking, it will cost a 1-night deposit based on the minimum number of people on the site. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. Every guest will need to check into the office to complete the payment. Any guests that do not check-in will be charged to the card used while booking.
Every guest will need to sign the waiver prior to arrival. Please forward the link in your email to all guests.
