House rules for a happy stay
Policies
We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your reservation you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, your reservation will be billed in full and AS LONG AS WE CAN FILL YOUR RENTAL UNIT/SITE you will be placed in our reschedule file. We understand that things happen that may keep you from visiting our resort. To keep you from losing your reservation and insuring you still get to visit our resort you are put in the reschedule file and you can choose to use your reservation within the next calendar year. Therefore, you do not loose anything!
Please note: the dates in which you choose to reschedule are subject to availability. In addition, if you choose to reschedule on a holiday weekend a 3 night minimum is required.
Rules & regulations
All reservations require a 50% deposit of your total stay at the time of booking. All reservations are subject to a 4% non-refundable transaction fee. The remainder of your reservation total is due in cash at the time of check in.
