Policies
All cancellations made prior to 24 hours before arrival are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel without 24 hour notice, you forfeit a one night deposit. No Shows are not subject to a refund.
Check In 12:00 PM / Check Out 10:00 AM.
Quiet Time: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
Campsites are limited to one RV per site.
Campsites are limited to two vehicles per site.
Additional vehicles require a fee
Sites must be kept tidy at all times...please avoid clutter.
Clean up charges levied for non compliance (after warning)
Storage buildings available for $
Trash Pick Up:
8:00 am - 8:30 am on Tuesdays (Sites 2-67) & Thursdays (Sites 68-148).
Trash must be bagged and placed in front of the campsite between 7:00 am and 8:00 am on your pick up day.
Trash may NOT be placed out overnight.
Residents are free to place trash in dumpsters on their own at any time.
Campsites are limited to two pets per site.
Additional pets require a fee
Pets must be leashed or kenneled at all times.
Pets cannot be left unattended.
Excessive dog barking is prohibited.
Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.
RV or vehicle washing is prohibited.
Campfires are prohibited at campsites.
Please use fire pits located at the swimming pool area.
Fire pit key is available at the front office
Loud parties, radios, and excessive noise are prohibited.
