Redrock Park is a small, quiet park that has ready-for-use Tiny Homes and RV's to rent.
Its found about 10 minutes outside Downtown Moab. Our rentals are clean and very well taken care of. Our rentals offer the benefits of the outdoors with the comforts you would find in your home. You can't grill out and roast marshmallows at the hotels!

Fully setup and ready to use RV Travel Trailer. This RV has 1.5 private bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The back bedroom consists of 2 bunk beds on top and convertible couch/bed on bottom. Inside includes: heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, TV (No Cable), free WIFI. Outside we provide a propane grill, picnic table & camping chairs for a prime camping experience! There are several communal fire pits on the property.
We are sorry however this rental and all other rentals at this location are not pet friendly.

Tiny Home
Funstays Glamping in a brand new tiny home! This park model tiny home has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a loft space with 2 x queen beds, and 1 full bathroom. Please note the ceiling in the loft is roughly 4' high. All linens, towels, and toiletries are provided along with a fully stocked kitchen with basic amenities and utensils. The home has heat and AC along with a stackable washer and dryer. TV is provided with Netflix (no cable), along with free WiFi which supports streaming and any conference/video calling. Just outside the tiny home you will have access to a propane grill and picnic table with seating. This rental sleeps up to 4 adults plus 2 children comfortably. We are sorry however this rental and all other rentals at this location are not pet friendly.

Policies
You have 21 days out from your check in date to cancel for a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. If booking within 21 days of check in date, you have 24 hours after booking for a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. If cancelling outside of cancellation window, only the cleaning fee will be refunded. No refunds for early departures. Sorry, but no exceptions to these cancellation policies.
PARK RULES
For RV Rentals and Tiny Homes, the check out time is 11am – Check in time is 4pm.
Speed limit in park is 5 mph – please observe.
Quiet hours are 8pm – 9am.
Clotheslines, fireworks and firearms are prohibited.
Do not destroy trees or damage property.
Site must be kept neat and clean. Trash must be tied in plastic bags and placed in trash cans.
Do not place garbage in trash cans in restrooms.
No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site.
If you are asked to leave, you will not be given a refund if these rules are not observed.
Water faucets: Blue faucets are drinking water!
Sorry, but no pets allowed.
NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that they hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to person arising out of use of it's camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
