Red Oak Resort & RV Park

QUIET TIME: Begins at 10 PM and ends at 7 AM. Loud or offensive noises, loud radios or disturbances, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

OFFICE HOURS: 8 am – 5 pm Sunday – Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8 pm – 8pm After hours please call the main number at and leave a message for any questions or emergencies.

CHILDREN: All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety. No riding bicycles after dusk.

SMOKING: Red Oak Resort has a SMOKE FREE POLICY FOR ALL ACCOMMODATIONS. No smoking is allowed within 10 ft. of accommodation buildings. Any violation will result in a $250.00 recovery fee to restore the room to a smoke-free condition.

BBQ PITS & FIRES: BBQ Pits must be 10 ft away from any structure not to be used on any decks and in open air with no roof.

FIREWORKS: No fireworks, firecrackers, rockets, or any type of explosive are allowed on the grounds at any time. Use or possession may result in eviction from Red Oak Resort property.

GOLF CARTS/ATVS: You must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Dirt bikes, ATVS, 3 Wheelers, and go karts are not allowed in park. Golf carts and UTVS are allowed and must be approved by the office. ALL UTVS AND GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AFTER 10 PM “QUIET TIME”. If violated, you will no longer be allowed to have any type of recreational vehicles on Red Oak Resort property and/or be evicted.

ALCOHOL: Alcohol is permitted on the property, however, MINORS in possession of alcohol or illegal substances will be evicted & authorities will be notified. ADULTS causing problems while intoxicated and/or in possession of illegal substances will be evicted. Drunken behavior and excessive use of alcohol, or drinking & driving any type of motor vehicle will not be tolerated and may result in eviction.

POOL: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Children under 12 years old must be supervised at the lake and pool area. POOL TIME IS 8 AM-10 PM. Inflatables are allowed as long as they are not bothersome to other swimmers. No glass, or pets allowed in pool area. Persons of all ages must wear swim trunks or bathing suits. All infants must wear swim diapers!

PETS: Red Oak Resort is a pet friendly park. All animals MUST be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. No pets may be tied up outside of campers at any time.

SPEED LIMIT: Please obey our 10.5 miles per hour speed limit.

TRASH: There is a trash dumpster on site for your convenience. Please take all trash bags to the resort dumpster. DUMPSTERS ARE FOR BAGGED TRASH ONLY! Any other items needing disposed of please contact the office.

RV SEPTIC: Please dispose of any feminine or paper products in the trash. Please do not flush down any RV site or shower house toilets as it adversely affects our plumbing system.

SHOWER HOUSES: Please keep all shower houses in a clean condition. If there are any problems found please contact the main office immediately so all guests can enjoy the shower houses.
