Speed Limit:
The speed limit in our park is 10 MPH. Please, abide by this and remind any of your guests as well. Keep it slow and safe!
Pet Rules:
All pets must be on a leash no more than 6' for the safety of all of our furry residents. Clean up after your pets, please. Carry doggie bags with you to dispose of pet droppings. We understand that pets can be talkative (barky) but please, try to keep the chatter down to a minimum. There are breed restrictions in place for our park. That list includes, but is not limited to; Pitbulls, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Huskies, Malamutes, and very large dogs. You are allowed 2 pets per lot.
Vehicles:
You may have 2 vehicles parked at your site. They must be parked in the gravel and not on the grass. Vehicles must be in good working order and kept presentable.
Fire Pits and Clotheslines:
We only allow charcoal or gas grills. No open fires or fire pits allowed. Umbrella clotheslines are accepted.
Fireworks/Firearms:
Absolutely no fireworks or firearms are allowed to be discharged on the property. Failure to comply with this rule will be grounds for immediate removal.
Noise Restrictions:
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please, respect your neighbors and keep the noise at a minimum during these hours. We do request that loud noises, yelling, blaring music etc. be avoided at all times. We want to make sure that everyone has a peaceful time here in our park.
Rates:
Monthly RV stays are $490 per month (includes water, sewer and trash.) There is a $150.00 security deposit for monthly stays. The deposit is fully refundable minus any monies owed upon your departure. Electricity is metered and you will be billed on your actual usage. Monthly rent is due the 1st of each month. There will be a $35.00 late fee applied after the 7th of each month. Monthly rates are only available for stays of 30 days or more. If you stay less than 30 days, you will be charged daily/weekly ($35/$195) up to the monthly rate of $490. Daily rates are $35 ($31.50 with Good Sam or Military discount.) Weekly rates are $195.00.
Check Out Time:
Our check-out time is 2 PM. If you need additional time, please, contact the office. We can probably work with you, providing there isn't a reservation waiting for your site.
RV Guest Responsibilities:
RV owners are responsible for any family or guests who visit their site. Red Maples is not responsible for accidents and we reserve the right to refuse service or request the departure of anyone not complying with our guidelines.
